I ask a worker for a small water..he said no problem get a large one..as I'm picking up my order..the manager accused me of stealing it and had to charge me for it...I just threw it in the garbage...

This was just the worst experience as a customer that I've had in a long time. I will say that none of the employees seem to be rude. They were just not able to just put together a single order. I had a door dash pick up that I waited 35 minutes for. In that time 3 of the workers kept starting to put the food in the bag but then they would just disappear and when they came back they seemed to forget what they were doing when they came back. (I've been there) but they would not go back to making the order. When they finally brought the bag over with the food he wanted me to IMMEDIATELY confirm before I touched the bag. Turns out they didn't put half of the order in my customers bag because they were out of supplies and just didn't want to tell me, I guess? I really hope I do not have to go back to this location for a pick up.

They got my, rather simple (1 burger), order wrong FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. Four. Times. In. A. Row. They. Got. It. Wrong. I had to drive through the drive-through THREE TIMES. Luckily, I checked my burger before I drove away the last time, or else I'd have to have gone through the drive-through AGAIN for the fourth time.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the cashiers were extremely nice and apologetic. But this is just insane. The second and third time, I told them exactly what I wanted & had originally ordered. I was as specific and clear as I could possibly be. A cheese burger with ONLY TWO things on it. Cheese and a condiment. Apparently, ordering a cheese burger with only cheese and a condiment is too much for this place, so be warned. (They'll either give you everything, the wrong sauce, or the completely wrong burger, evidently).
Manger working was disgustingly rude to her employees. Belittling them while they’re helping customers. Was horrible to see and hear

I am a returning customer to this establishment and everytime I am trying to place my order at the drive through am I spoken to as if I’m nothing but a stain on your shirt. There is so much disrespect and it’s only by one individual. The white /chaldean lady that takes your order and works in the first window. It is very displeasing having to order with her every time I come to this location on my lunch break.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. First, my order was incorrect, I ordered a 6-piece nugget meal and only received 4 nuggets. On top of that, the manager was incredibly rude , the staff acting unprofessional and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was charged incorrectly for my order, which added to my frustration. This visit was beyond unacceptable, and I will never be coming back to this location again.

This McDonalds is one of the worst I have come across. We will go to it when we need to because it is conveniently close. However, they constantly mess up food. From taking buns from other burgers (with ketchup and mustard) and putting big mac sauce on it for a big mac, constantly forgetting food, being incredible slow and rude when fixing mistakes, and a gross atmosphere inside, it is just an overall bad place. The latest issue is ordering food and not being given our two fries. When we went back for the fries, they only gave us one of two fries. Outside of the rare employee that is kind or does their job, this place is a disaster.
