Its been 2 weeks since I've been able to enjoy the money i spent at this McDonald's. The week the owner was coming in every thing was clean and delicious. But I've puked right after eating. I had to send back a disgusting Big Mac that had so much sauce on it that the middle fell out when I picked it up and I did not order extra sauce. The blonde girl with the long ponytail was so rude to me accusing me of wanting lights sauce. That nice new chocolate manager stepped in and save the day and cooked me a real big mac. Then today we sat there and waited no one getting service. When I finally got my McChicken it was undercooked I had to throw it all away the nuggets were undercooked.

12/2/25 young black girl served e iced coffee thst i ordered was extremely rude she got the order wrong and got mad then thru my coffee on the counter & walked away. THIS IS THE 2nd bad encounter with a young black girl at this location just rude & ignorant. Coming from a black woman

Ordered breakfast online at 10:12 but because I pulled up at 10:32 (long drive thru line) they apparently can't give me the food I ordered and paid for 20 minutes ago. Manager was rude about it too.

I come here daily, lines are getting too long and they dont take order in order, they will do 3 cars on one side and then start the other. Even if none of them are waiting and other cars are. Just doesn't make sense, I just leave when they skip over me and go somewhere else but it's getting to the point that I am leaving more than staying. Food is alway a good quality

This is the SLOWEST McDonald's ever. I go there almost every day and sometimes I have to pull out of the line because I'll be late for work.
My quarter pounder was raw. Service and cleanliness were fine. My order was also correct. Just had to toss both raw quarter pounder we ordered.

They have messed up our order the last 4 visits. This time I had to go inside for a straw, when I arrived at home we were cheated a biscuit sandwich. Two other people were inside getting their orders fixed when zi was getting a straw. I shouldn't have to check my order, but I know it would have saved me this time. All my neighbors complain about this location. They are good at pacifying customers with messed orders. They need to be good at getting right the first time. I will not return here. BK and Wendy's is right there and they will get all my business. Management will never fix the problem, let alone address my complaint. I don't a free item, I want my order to be right. Below is my track of their mistakes.
