They have messed up our order the last 4 visits. This time I had to go inside for a straw, when I arrived at home we were cheated a biscuit sandwich. Two other people were inside getting their orders fixed when zi was getting a straw. I shouldn't have to check my order, but I know it would have saved me this time. All my neighbors complain about this location. They are good at pacifying customers with messed orders. They need to be good at getting right the first time. I will not return here. BK and Wendy's is right there and they will get all my business. Management will never fix the problem, let alone address my complaint. I don't a free item, I want my order to be right. Disappointed this visit for curbside pickup, after waiting 10-15mins in the reserved parking spot, finally an employee brought my order. Annoying to say the least, but I checked my order and my fish fillet was lukewarm and fries weren’t fresh, unsalted, and only half full! I went inside expecting an apology and reorder, but instead. I entered and there were at least 5 other customers waiting for service. Long story short requested assistance and was ignored. I saw a red headed lady (mgr) waved and she turned away. I asked her name and she stated, good luck with that and continued to walk away. I then asked for a mgr and was sent the same guy that brought food to me outside! Unbelievable, I told him to send a real manager. He obliged, but prior begged me to let him personally redo my food. WHAT?! No. Then Becky appears, she was professional and listened to my concerns. She apologized and remade it. All ended well, she requested I comeback and they’d do better. I appreciated her reassurance that it would be addressed. (I didn’t mention it was a racial tone, bc that line didn’t start moving until a Caucasian man came in complaining about his soft drink wasn’t cold enough) He told me he saw me come in from the parking lot. Another observation was management and employees primarily service the drive through NOT lobby customers. That’s a conflict, change to drive through only. Corporate complaint
The staff at this particular McDonald's are always friendly. I live between 2 McDonald's and this one is slightly farther, but worth it.
Had to edit my review since management has changed. Still great. But hire some more people in the morning cuz y'all have some amazing employees who work their butts off to try to keep up. Extremely good, humble people. I know McDonald's thinks their employees are replaceable but you'll be losing money from regulars who drive out of the way just for those employees if you don't treat them right.

The fries have become hard and cold. We frequent this place quite often. We noticed the difference immediately. Past few orders, the fries are re-heated. 👎🏻
