Manger late night around 1 am. Was horrible. Ordered a double fish filet received a single filet. Chicken nuggets were hard/under the warmer all night. Lady with pink/red hair was rude, look like she need a bath. Hair all over no hair net. And that's who you let mange your company. I rather go to detroit mcdonalds and get fresher food and better service. Never go back to this location. Health department needs to visit this location.

Went there at dinner time and ordered lg Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake and a shamrock shake and another chocolate shake. Got home to eat and my Big Mac was ignorantly made with way too much sauce and lettuce. Couldn’t even pick it up out of the container without stuff falling all over. NASTY. Teach These kids how to make food properly.

This place keeps messing up my orders they want you to come in to get a refund. They can't read, they are racist and the management night of Sunday December 8th was rude. I will be contacting the better Business bureau. The city health inspector that across American boy smoking his vape in the establishment probably drugs with that 510 cartridge. But they always mess up the order. Old ice tea all the time never fresh and almost always give sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. Then demands you to bring the food back in to fix the order. No I'm not taking food away from my kids to make them wait while you fix a tea and fry issue. Unacceptable. You don't deserve the high salaries you get you don't deserve 5 per hour. They just need to do drug tests to many employers look high sound high and act high.

I came here 10:30 on a Wednesday, bought two McChickens w/ light mayo plus mustard. They had no mustard, but we received a ton of ketchup packets, sadly none were mustard. This has happened before during the same shift on a Wednesday. I'm unsure why this is a 2/2 issue with this location, everyone's extremely polite to s point where we noticed it so this feels off as they are otherwise nailing it.

The food on 12/14/2024 sucked to no end. The Big Mac bun was hard as a brick. The top burger was missing half the meat. The bottom burger was put on the bun folded in half and the cheese wasn't even on the burger. Not to mention the fries were stale and cold. Lastly, the Coke was Dr. Pepper. When I called to complain the little girl who answered the phone didn't even apologize that they gave out such bad food to a customer. She told me they can replace the food, or give my money back. Who would want the food replaced when it is like a 5 year old made it?

That was the hottest and most fresh food I have gotten from a McDonald's in a long time. Everything seems to have just come out of the fryer. And whatever they bake those pies in. Everyone that I encountered from the entry to the drive-thru, the cashier, and the server were all very pleasant.
