13 mile and Schoenherr is the BEST McDonalds I've been to! Food is always fresh and hot and the drive thru employees are so pleasant and kind! My #1 McDonalds! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never again. We got Happy Meals and 1 quarter pounder. Happy meals came out right away. We were told to pull up and they will bring it to us. After 15 minutes my husband went in and it was sitting on the counter cold. So needless to say everyone had cold meals.

They had everyone in line pull over to wait. 6 cars. Everyone. There wasnt even a car behind me. I asked for a refund instead and the kid said 'WE DONT DO THAT. GO PARK OVER THERE.' I was just in a hurry, man. When i did get my food? Cold. There's plenty of McDonald's. Ill go to the one 2 miles away.

Customer services are no good there, had to come again to get the right order
Very slow waited over 20 minutes for a curbside order just for them to fail to bring it to the car. Also no monopoly pieces even tho that's the whole reason food was ordered. If I could, I'd give zero stars. This location is worse than 10 mile and hoover.

I ordered a McDouble and a Mcchicken, drove home, found out they gave me two Mcchickens instead. Drove back to the restaurant, they took one of my Mcchickens I already handled and saw them putting it back for someone else's order. I did get my McDouble back but I threw my food out seeing how they handled their food. I recorded the interaction and reporting this.
