You know, for as expensive as fast food is getting, I would kind of expect that when I pay for a large fry, that the carton of fries would actually be filled all the way instead of halfway, but I guess I'm asking for too much.

They stated that they were cleaning the frappe machine and than when I just asked for a refund on the frappe they walked away rushed on cleaning the machine and now my drink tastes like chemicals

The young man collecting payment at 5:00 pm on 7/3 asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no and he purposely shorted me a $1.00. Apparently you need to ask for a receipt to get correct change. I let him keep it because you have to be desperate to con someone out of a dollar but I could tell that he does it often by how smooth he was at it.

This McDonald's was by far of one of the worst McDonald's I've been too. The Manager was very NASTY and RUDE, even over charged me for my order. Need better Management... The bathroom was not clean either!

Definitely would go to another location. These people will do everything in their power to forget at least one thing in your order. 20 piece mcnugget, but no sauce? What a joke. And on top of that, absolutely no one helps you when you go inside to ask for more. Wait times are horrible for mobile orders.
