I order the same order almost every day for lunch. Somehow 4 of the 15 times ove gone to this location had messed up my order. Idk what the problem is. Also who TF is putting the onion on the cheese so you can't even remove it when your order gets messed up? Ruined my lunch today and No Onion was litteraly at the top of the ticket. How did yall manage to remember the No Pickle which was under the No Onion on the ticket?

Ordered my first item and asked for a moment, then 10 seconds later she asked if I wanted anything rise and I said yes just a second please. Then I ordered a second meal and said that was all. Nothing. I said hello did you get that? Nothing. Hello ooo. Nothing. I honked my horn. Nothing. Finally she comes in and says hi what can I get you!? I said how about you take the rest of my order. Then she made one of the meals medium when I asked for both large. Like how hard is this job honestly. You're too busy looking at your phone when I pull around and not simply listening. It's not rocket surgery.

I just moved in across street and first time here. DUB Filet o fish looks n taste like was made in 2023 DRY HARD DARK. Absolute RUBBISH. 1132AM. Oh and u had pull over n wait in drive thru for em bring it out.

Horrible service. More than just slow, they fail to acknowledge you at the drive thru. 6 min wait at the window before someone showed up. Only 1 cat ahead of me but still took 22 min until I had 2 burgers and fry.

Lobby not clean bathroom not clean either and totally disgusting a long black piece of hair in my order of fries will not return and couldn't get help from staff almost got helped by someone who was on break totally

When I walked in, the lobby was empty. One employee was playing on her phone, looked up and saw me, and then went back to playing on her phone. Another employee saw me but then went to fill a drive thru order. I didn't think much at first because maybe they aren't the people on the register. Neither said anything to me or called someone to help me. Then the one on her phone started chatting with the other one, and finally, after a solid minute, she came over to help me. Just by saying HI. Nothing else. I get that a minute isn't much, but the fact that she looked up from her phone and saw me and then proceeded to completely ignore me and go back to playing on her phone, is pathetic. Terrible customer service. I didn't stay to order. And I think she may have been the supervisor. If that's the type of people they have, I would recommend that people stay away from this place. I can't imagine the food being any good or even cooked properly.
