They never answer their phones, I have placed orders with them through delivery multiple times in the last year and no matter the time of day they never fail to mess up my order sometimes, like today, even forgetting half my order altogether. This McDonald's is setting a horrible example for how a business should interact with its paying customers.

I deliberately drive past the ghetto McDonald’s by my house in Detroit to come here hoping it would be better. Not today. I’m at one of the drive thru lanes and they must not have seen me because they’re taking orders from the other drive thru lane only. So next person pulls up and they take their order so i say ok I’ll go to the first window because they clearly dont see me. Cashier gets an attitude “I’m not taking orders you’re going to have to go back around” um no because i was here before all these people just give whoever is taking the orders my mobile app code. She lets out a loud “UGHHHH” and takes my code. So they tell me to pull up while they make my food. I go inside and ask for the manager. Lady says “I’m the manager” of course you are.. dressed just like everybody else. Look I’m not coming in hostile i just want to know what’s with the attitude. If you were in my situation you’d feel the same way. Its not a big deal. I just don’t want anybody to spit in my food. The “manager” sitting there making all kind of excuses like well the system was down this morning blah blah blah. Like idc about that. Don’t give me attitude because i pulled up to the window because you were skipping over me. And then the little boy that was there shoveling snow walked in and tried to butt into the conversation and tell me “oh you’re supposed to wait at the drive thru” yeah so I’m supposed to sit there for a half hour when I’m clearly being ignored? Man i should’ve split his lip open but i wasn’t thinking like that because like i said i wasn’t trying to be hostile. Just complete ignorance and ghetto this morning 🙄😵💫. Oh well

Vanessa took very good care of me when I went in there today. I feel like this location has a bad reputation but for for what? They’ve never given me any issues -every single employee in there, including management has always been very pleasent & accommodating ❤️

Literally the worst McDonald’s experience here. It used to be okay and now it’s bad. Fries are NEVER salted at all, you can tell it’s not clean in there because sometimes the fries and nuggets are covered in black dust from not cleaning the baskets probably ever. I requested ketchup at the drive thru speaker and it was written on my order. Employee left it out and then told me “you have to order it” and before I could say “I did” they closed the window on me. Awful place. Don’t go here.
