The Food was okay. The service was terrible. I was accuse of stealing because I was missing items out of my order. Mind you I just left the window in like 2 minutes. A young lady was in the back saying I must have took something out. I bought five $5 meals, my orders spending $28 some dollars. Why in the world would I steal food. She act as if I spent $1 I have five kids and I did not want to turn around because something was missing which it was. I'm upset that's so unprofessional. I told her she can look in my car. Imma try my best and never go to this McDonald's ever again terrible service from the workers. If you don't want to work then stay home. My apologies I'm a very nice person and I don't appreciate being accused of anything.

Food is always cold, or your order is wrong. I asked for a filet of fish dropped fresh, or well done with extra tarter sauce. When I got to the window to pick it up, it was done. there was no way it should've been done. They just lie and take your money. At others McDonald's, I have to pull into a spot and wait for my fish. And no, it wasn't a line. They weren't busy. They just lied.

Waiting at drive thru to order for 2 mins, kept saying hello no one said anything. Pulled up to the window and the lady walks away ignoring me, talks to another woman who waved at me but didn’t provide any service . There was no one in-front of me or behind me, waited for another 2-3 mins before pulling away without being helped

Once or twice I can accept, but they consistently give out a hot coffee, with not one chip of ice left for their “iced coffee”, this has happened at least five times in the last two months. When I ask for a side of ice because it’s hot and the ice is melted they have the audacity to be rude about it. Get it together.
