Waiting at drive thru to order for 2 mins, kept saying hello no one said anything. Pulled up to the window and the lady walks away ignoring me, talks to another woman who waved at me but didn’t provide any service . There was no one in-front of me or behind me, waited for another 2-3 mins before pulling away without being helped

By looking at the endless amount of reviews here, none of them are good not to mention the service in the morning Here they just leave the lights on that's it. no service.👎

wanted to order a spicy 10 piece nugget... they were out. wanted a coke... they were out. I ordered a cheese burger instead and they still fxcked that up... how the fxck are you going to give me a cheese burger and there's nothing on it.... what the fxck were you out of everything?!?!?!

Once or twice I can accept, but they consistently give out a hot coffee, with not one chip of ice left for their “iced coffee”, this has happened at least five times in the last two months. When I ask for a side of ice because it’s hot and the ice is melted they have the audacity to be rude about it. Get it together.

I went there this morning to get 2 coffees and 1 hot chocolate. The first thing I asked was if they had hot chocolate. He had to check (1st bad sign). He said yes so I ordered and had to pull over to the side to wait. FOR COFFEE OK. got home my granddaughter tells me she had a cup of hot milk. Needless to say I took it back. Waited 10 more minutes then got out of the car and told them to give me my money back. He leaves for another 3 or 4 minutes and comes back with the chocolate. I will never go here again. I brought up the words, see a manager. Nothing happened of course. Piss poor service.

What's the point of having a phone number but y'all don't answer the phone. I came here one morning to get my usual I pulled over to use my points I noticed the cars pulling off nobody ordering at 8:20am on a weekday they said they wasn't taking order like what ? glad I didn't order my food on the app because obviously they didn't feel like working just came up with some lame a$$ excuse. Their breakfast is better than the one on Mound and Van dyke the only reason I come to McDonald's is usually for breakfast so I was upset I had to go to van dyke location.
