After making my ice cream I wanted to mix up the toppings before putting sauce on top. A little personal quirk. The employee refused to let me use a spoon to mix it. I told him that I would obviously pay for it and include the weight of the spoon if he wanted, but he still refused. So I set the bowl down and left it be. Policies are one thing, but common sense is another. So now instead of having a loyal customer, you have wasted product, one less family visiting, and this review. All for a spoon.

Ever been to an ice cream shop were you can’t taste flavors that you want to eat, well this is the place for you, Never coming back. I dont want to be forced to buy something i might not like the taste of What a stupid business decision by the owner.

Mixed feelings.. idk if it was because I had questions no one could answer avaliable or how I miss read the steps and out come. I feel it could be hands down amazing but because the lack of customer interaction from the employees this visit as being my first visit was not clutch

I wouldn't eat anything from this place. They allow customers to fix frozen yogurt while holding their pets, absolutely disgusting. Who wants sprinkles and candy with dog fur on it.

Worst location. You cannot try any flavor. They do not have the flavor tart. I explained I don’t like any other flavor other than tart and that I’d like to try blueberry tart to see if I like it so I could have it. They said no, and this location you are not allowed to try. Very rude! I forget how this location is so terrible and unfortunately it is the only one open later than the normal. Inside “closes” at 10PM, so if it is cold, you are not allowed to seat inside even though it actually closes at 11PM. I love Menchies and got all my friends to be all about it, but this location is the WORST ONE!

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.
