Worst location. You cannot try any flavor. They do not have the flavor tart. I explained I don’t like any other flavor other than tart and that I’d like to try blueberry tart to see if I like it so I could have it. They said no, and this location you are not allowed to try. Very rude! I forget how this location is so terrible and unfortunately it is the only one open later than the normal. Inside “closes” at 10PM, so if it is cold, you are not allowed to seat inside even though it actually closes at 11PM. I love Menchies and got all my friends to be all about it, but this location is the WORST ONE!

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

Had a last minute birthday party for my son's 5th birthday here yesterday & it was a great experience! The staff were so nice, friendly and welcoming! It was a group of 18 of us & the staff kept everything restocked and clean! They helped make my son's birthdays an evening to remember! Thank you Menchies!!
Workers are not friendly. I go in once a week and spend around $20 I keep asking are my rewards available now and they keep saying it'll be next time. Lousy service. I do like their chocolate yogurt but I only go because the place is convenient.

In general this location is just ok. They always have multiple flavors out of order, and it's a gamble of their dairy free flavor will be available. The staff is rarely polite, and they expect tips despite offering no service other than ringing you up. They certainly aren't of any help while you're there. When I visited with my husband this past weekend, we arrived a full hour prior to closing, only for them to closing, and mopping the entire place. There is a sign stating that the lobby closes at 10, and the store at 11. So, while I understand mopping and closing the dining area, the pathways people walk should be getting mopped while open. I use a walker to get around, and I was very uncomfortable and nervous walking around on the wet floor. If it was not the end to my birthday evening, I would have left as soon as I saw the wet floor. They are setting themselves up for a major liability by mopping prematurely. Not to mention, if they do their jobs right, they'll have to mop again once they actually close, because the amount of muddy foot prints due to the mop water and people walking was ridiculous.

Is there a reason this menchies closes their store early? It says they’re opened until 11 but I went 20 mins before close and they were putting all the cold toppings away. The girl worker looked at us and didn’t even ask if we wanted anything before putting it in the back.

We came in over 30 minutes before close and the workers were packing up all of the cold toppings and wouldn’t let us add any of them to our yogurt. My friend had to ask multiple times to add one of the cold toppings and the girl was extremely rude to her about it. Poor service and we didn’t get the toppings we had came in for.
