I recently enjoyed a mouthwatering chicken shawarma bowl topped with crunchy pita chips, and it was an absolute delight! To complement that, I sipped on a refreshing berry ginger smoothie that was simply divine. Each bite and sip was a perfect harmony of flavors!

To Whom It May Concern,
Last night, I visited the Warren location of your establishment. My interaction with the gentleman at the counter began uneventfully, as I was simply there to collect my order. However, as I concluded the transaction, the employee felt it appropriate to say, “You look like Whoopi Goldberg.”
To say I was taken aback would be an understatement. The comment was not only entirely unsolicited but also perplexingly off-base, as I bear no resemblance to Ms. Goldberg—or, frankly, to any celebrity. When he noticed the visible discomfort on my face, he attempted to deflect the awkwardness by adding, “Oh, I thought that was a compliment.”
Unfortunately, that clarification only deepened my discomfort. What started as a routine visit turned into an unnecessarily uncomfortable and frankly inappropriate exchange. While I understand cultural differences exist, being a Black American patronized by individuals of Middle Eastern descent does not justify engaging in reductive stereotypes, such as the tired and offensive implication that “all Black people look alike.”
Comments of that nature reflect a lack of cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and basic human courtesy. It’s disappointing that in 2025, this still needs to be said.
As such, I will no longer be supporting or patronizing any Middle Eats franchise moving forward. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter—I sincerely hope it leads to a moment of reflection and a much-needed conversation about training, awareness, and respect.

My husband and I really like this place. Unfortunately today we placed the order for a chicken and shrimp Shawarma bowl with garlic and dillio sauce, in addition, we ordered extra shrimp. When I got in the car, I realized that I wanted extra dillio sauce Unfortunately, a couple hours later when Hubby and I went to eat our Shawarma bowl we receive no garlic or dillio sauce. I tried to call to let the manager know and the phone rings and then goes dead. Luckily, I did go back in for extra sauce or we really would have been in trouble.
The food is good but it’s frustrating that you spent $30 on food and you don’t get the minimum sauces required for the flavors to really kick in.
UPDATE: management made me hold and when I say this place has excellent customer service, I mean, it is awesome. Thank you so much for being in the neighborhood and caring about your customers and again the food is top-notch so delicious.

Visiting Detroit for a wedding and it was suggested that we try some Mediterranean food. Found this locale through searching. The chicken and steak wraps were good, but I was hoping for more authentic cuisine. The meal just seemed a little like chain food. Later found out this is a chain restaurant. I did like the spicy dillo sauce. The lemonade was great.

Great food, very tasty. Chicken is well seasoned and tender. Rice is buttery, extremely flavorful. Highly recommend this place and the amount of food you get is insane! Great value, 1 bowl feeds 2 people. 3 if you're feeding kids. Maybe more. You get alot of food!! Ramez at Warren location is friendly and helpful. Go here! You'll be happy you did😊

They sometimes forget items and extra protein (meat) ordered but food is amazing and they ate attentive on putting items you order on the side as you order them.
