My name is Mike Torongo and have been a long standing patron of National Coney Island. I just felt the need to forward you my experience at your Warren, Van Dyke location. I arrived around 7 pm on February 3 and it was fairly busy. I was seated and then the server, Kristen quickly arrived to take my order. She was very friendly and attentive which was a wonderful feeling not only did that make me feel good but she seemed like she really cared about her job and not just going through the motions. She checked back just the right amount of times and had no problem refilling my diet pop(some other places seem to act like it's a chore). It's employees like that who makes people want to come back. Not only did I leave full after a good meal, I left with a smile on my face. Thank you for the great staff that you hire.

Asked for well done fries got home fries were still frozen in the middle Haniel was dam near. Still frozen spent 1 week in hospital with major pain never will I ever go to this 1 again I think the employees were drunk from going in the
