I'm not feeling well so I had someone call for me to order pancakes. They didn't know how much it costs and when I had the person ask how much they needed to bring they told me they were too busy to look at the menu. The person that answered the phone was very uncooperative and VERY rude. I've never had to work so hard to get the price of food from a restaurant in my life. The person I had ordering the food told me that they were told it was a great place to eat at. I don't know why. I'm new to the area and would have liked to have had better service. I was only was working with a little bit of money I just wanted to know if I had enough because I didn't want them to make the food for nothing if I didn't have enough money for it. Trying to make it easy on the people that work there because I would hate for them to make an order for only for someone not to pick it up. I told my friends about this experience and they said they would no longer patronize his business and I will be ordering from a totally different Coney Island.

This place sucks and one of the girls there don't know to talk to customers don't know how to take orders over the phone. If I was the owner I would fire most of those workers if they are bringing the busy down or pushing people away. Just to let you know there is other coneys around you that treat people better. Better service better food
