Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We walked in there was only 5 tables seated nobody in line
was asked by someone who works there if we were dining in or picking up a carryout we said dining in we were told it will be a short time before we can be seated. a manager came to the lobby to pick up a phone call after he was done with his call never acknowledged us waited 10 minutes then the same person who made us wait went to seat us at a table we asked for a booth she said to us that we would have to go back to the door and would have to wait there for a short time even though there were multiple booths available so we left and went to their competition
We usually don’t go to Olive Garden but thought since it was between lunch and dinner it shouldn’t be all that busy
The way we were treated we won’t be back
if they treat more customers like this I’m sure they will feel the same way and walk out like we did
and probably won’t return
There are too many restaurants that will appreciate their customers and treat the customer with respect with a hassle free dining experience

I literally was just there, got seated and have multiple servicers walk past me. I waited a full 10 minutes and nothing. Not one person asked to take my order or get me a drink. When I say multiple I mean 5 servicers and they arent even busy. I got up and walked out.

Once there it took another to say something to get someone up there to start seating the line of people. We stood for bout 10 mins in total before someone showed up. Otherwise our waitress was on top of things. She was soo good she needs a raise..

Emily was the best!! she was very kind and made us feel right at home :)

The food was amazing, as always. I usually order the chicken Alfredo with crispy chicken, and it never disappoints. Our server, Chelsea, was friendly and talkative and provided excellent service to us.

Olive Garden is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. They are very consistent with keeping their food fresh and delicious. I have not eaten here in a while, however the food was great as I remember it. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine.

I had a wonderful dining experience recently. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It's a place I would highly recommend for a pleasant meal. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Went to lunch at Olive Garden on Van Dyke in Warren mi with my family yesterday 11/13/2025 the food was very good the waiter was excellent but the hostess if she said hello it wasn’t audible had a smug look on her face did not say a word dropped the menus on the table and walked away all of us noticed that she was either having a very bad day or just noticeable rude.
