Charged us extra for cones being dipped in chocolate then chocolate wasn't harding but didn't offer anything in exchange. 4 small cones, 3 dipped in chocolate $15. One cone was wrong. We won't be back. I should have gone to Baskins Robbins!!

Beware no matter what promo or birthday treat headquarters's publish, this DQ will not honor it. How convenient the DQ was open for business the previous day but come March 20th free ice cream cone the store is closed due to short staff but will be fully staffed tomorrow after the free ice cream time expired. I guess the owner didn't want to give away free ice cream. I will never patronize this DQ ever again. I will drive 20 plus miles before I spend one dollar at this business.

Dairy Queen should consider closing this location. I've read SEVERAL negative reviews. Wish I would have read them before ordering from this Hoover location. We used GrubHub. It took FOREVER to get the order. When it arrived, the Blizzards weren't even close to being full. They clearly didn't care enough to mix the reduced amount of Blizzard they decided to give us. At the bottom, it was Oreo sludge. Then a layer of vanilla ice cream. And the top? All the Oreo was there. Look - this isn't a world tragedy. But 2 Blizzards on GrubHub cost $21+. I don't think it's too much to ask to get what we ordered. If you want DQ - I'd suggest going to another location.

Their ice cream and blizzards may be good but dont go here with dairy queen cards. My total amount was a little over 13 bucks. I brought over 2 cards, the smaller one being $6.67 and the bigger one being 20 bucks. I tried to use the smaller one to pay for some of the price first and then use the bigger one to cover the rest. The cashier and even the manager said the 6 dollar card wasnt working or it was unusable. So I payed with the 20 dollar card. Mind you I checked the amount on the cards last night so I know what was on it. I come home and recheck the amount and as suspected the cards were used but 13 bucks was taken from my 20 dollar one and my 6 dollar one said 0 bucks. They took 6 bucks from me trying to claim it didnt work then they know it did. DONT COME HERE WITH CARDS.

Pretty good ice cream but took a while and service was horrible a little rude and grumpy but other than that it was pretty nice but if good service matters to you than I would try it out and if you don't like it don't go there they and also got my order wrong.

Very rude customer service, the product was lacking the right amount of toppings that you would expect, and the store is dirty. Old women on her phone thought it was okay to disrespect customers, when in all reality my payment pays her paycheck. Will never return, I will actively work and advocate for people to boycott DQOJ. Thanks for a memorable experience!

So the menu has a new blizzard called REESES PIECES Cookie Dough. It's according to the DQ website Reeses Pieces and the cookie dough (.......kinda self explanatory). Perfect! My two favorite blizzard toppings, well back when pieces were on the menu all the time, but whatever. So I order it, drive away after I get it as I was on a work break and start to eat...and I'm eating a reuses cup blizzard. No biggie, mistakes happen. So I go back cause I'm not a cup fan, at all.....and the woman who served me says that's how it is. She explains it like it's reeses......and pieces of cookie dough. No...... its reeses pieces AND cookie dough. She says they don't carry that, so I point to the menu and got nowhere with it. Into the garbage with this and I'm out $5.50. Close this location, it sucks.

The employee was standing outside the store. When I entered she didn't come inside to give me ice cream right away. I waited for few minutes and then she came inside. Crazy part was she is the employee no one can tell because she was standing outside. Inside was empty. And when she helped me she was very annoyed and unprofessional. July 25 130pm. I ordered two blizzrads, both with chocolate ice cream. One of them wasn't even the correct blizzard and the other was mostly vanilla ice cream. I didn't know until I got into the car because they put lids on the cups :( Don't waste your time.

Dairy Queen? More like Dairy Joke. I went in with my family and while we were standing in line, the amount of fruit flys that we're buzzing around was just ridiculous. I even noticed a couple people turn around and leave because of it. It also smells like they mopped their floor with a bucket of sour milk, which probably isn't helping the fruit fly situation. After placing our order, we were given the wrong ice cream. I said something to an associate who was more interested in who she was texting then my order. She alerted the short and stocky manager and I was given a poor attitude and treated like a inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I wasn't trying to get anything for free, I just wanted to take my family out for some ice cream. I won't be returning here.

When I went there the manager is really rude and but I troopers go but I feel like they rushed it but it's mostly good and it taste good and it's perfectly well done made

I tried to deal with this place for a long time because it's so close to my house, but it's gotten to the point where I will drive an extra 10 minutes because this place is so bad. The customer service is spotty, but the real issue is the cleanliness. There have been times where the place has been FILLED with bugs. Bugs literally flying all over, on the walls, everywhere! Every time I go in the place smells terrible, like spoiled milk or something. And the ice cream usually tastes off. It's been a few months since Ive gone in there, so something may have changed, but I just dont trust this place anymore.
