Ordered via drive thru for a family member. Did not know until I got to his home that is was not correct! The sandwich was not what we wanted and the one given he was unable to eat as it was very spicy hot & greasy! I have the receipt with order # on it. Such a disappointment! Was supposed to be a Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Got an Italian sandwich with hot peppers, etc. Called but got a machine asking me to call back another time.

Last time I ordered here they messed up and left tomatoes on when I specifically customized without. This time I order delivery and it’s 30 mins late (closer to 40) and they completely forget my drink. Three things in an order and you had well over and hour to do it and still couldn’t figure it out? Last time I order from this location. If I ever order from them again. They even marked the lemonade like it was in the order. How hard is it to see you don’t have A WHOLE DRINK after you took over an hour to make one sandwich and one soup? Incompetent.

Had the Chicken Salad Sandwich and the Strawberry Lemonade frozen thingy :) OH EM GEE....SO GOOD. and you don't walk out feeling like you just ate an entire side of beef. PANERA IS THE BEST.

I like coming here kind of a lot, it's an easy-to-get-to location and the interior is a small-but-well-laid-out seating area. I feel like there's always somewhere to sit comfortably, and the clientele are never really disruptive to one another. My main gripe is that the coffee at this location alwaysssss has so many grounds in it!! Maybe try using two filters when brewing? I just don't know why the coffee is consistently so bad at this location 😵💫 everything else is up to Panera par, though. The bathroom is always well-taken-care-of, for a public restroom, which I am always pleantly surprised by! Good job, guys :)
