Price is too high for me to come often. This restaurant is too cold. Every time I go I hear grown men, as well as women, comment to their companions that it's COLD.

Came Sunday after church. Good service. Good food

Cashier was rude and having a conversation with someone across the restaurant. I make better sandwiches than I bought. Will never go again.

I usually enjoy Panera Bread, but unfortunately this time my experience was disappointing. I placed a pick-up order and received the completely wrong items, even though my receipt clearly showed the correct order. It was not my mistake.

I had to drive back, spend extra time and gas, and wait again for the correct food. (I mentioned that to the workers). While I appreciate that they remade the order, I didn’t receive any kind of compensation. Even the receipt says, ā€œwe’ll fix it right away and give you a free treat for your trouble,ā€ but I didn’t get anything.

I think the store should seriously reconsider its policy on handling mistaken orders. I hope the staff double-checks orders more carefully in the future, so other customers don’t have to go through the same frustrating situation.

Everything good, only one thing if your name it's hard to spell they can't call you by name just by your order.

I like their food a lot. Their prices are getting a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Just can't eat there as much as I used to.

They need more employees to work there. You will be waiting for over 2 hours to get your food.

Waited in the Drive-Thru while nobody was ahead of me. For over 10 minutes for two drinks. Girl with short hair and glasses forgot my glasses of water. And when I told her the pup cups that you put in tiny Solo cups we're actually a choking hazard for my dog and then she went back and started making a scene with the other girl , a blonde girl which I hope is not a manager because that's truly disappointing, she then comes to the window bickering with me telling me that that's a lot of whipped cream well those are pup cups and that's what customer service and corporate says that all the paneras do slamming the whipped cream and the refrigerator door she comes and sets the pup comes down by the drive-thru as the girl with short hair and glasses ignores me the only friendly one was the girl that actually stopped what she was doing while she was supposed to be making sandwiches and handed me the pups because it was such a freak show. I've never seen such poor behavior in a restaurant. It was beyond despicable. Making a scene like that in front of your customers your guests is unacceptable! Do better, train your childish workers , other than the one, to behave like adults and properly when under the Panera name at least !

Server didn't really didn't want to wait on me. My chicken noodle soup was cold. I throw it later that day.

Food was good, counter service friendly and place was clean as always. This should be a standard for all establishments.

First time at this location. Great drive thru experience. Very friendly staff. Maybe I never noticed before, but while sitting at the window of the drive thru waiting for my order, I noticed that all the people in the back preparing food were not wearing any type of hair netting or even beard nets to help prevent hairs getting into the food. I used to work in the food industry, and if you had long hair, you had to wear a hair net, and men with full facial hair had beard nets. I just feel it's a bit unsanitary.
