This is the best pizza ve found so far. Cooked to perfection, staff was fny and had everything out before they said it would and it was cooked, sauced, and topped perfectly. Thank you for giving me a great pizza. We ate it too fast before I could get a picture. Thank you again

They don't tell you about your 4% charge on your card until you're at the counter with no cash... This is continuing to make me upset when I eat out or had to small mom and pop businesses.

This establishment in Warren prepared and served me two molded pizzas. After me and my kids had already eaten the pizza, I noticed dark black spots. I tried returning to the store to get a refund but was denied. My only option was to get the order remade. The guy at the register tried to convince me it was only oil from there pan and insisted that I let him remake the order. After I raised my voice and flipped the pizza over to show him more mold he finally decides to give me a refund. I then tried to take a picture of the three people who had served me. That’s when I noticed the cook proceeded to hide in the freezer. I’m just making everyone aware of how I was treated. Hopefully my kids and I will not get sick. I will not be returning or recommended this place of business.

I ordered whole wings and fried mushrooms, it came to $20.00 and some change. When he delivered it didn't weight much so I checked my order it was mushrooms and 5 little nuggets. I called them and asked them what is this. The nuggets was the size of my fore finger connect to my thumb. I told him I wanted whole wings. He charged me the price of the wings $6.00 and something cent. Altogether I paid them $26.00 for absolutely nothing not I remember why I don't go there they are too expensive and the wings were under cooked and they were huge as all out doors. The cook said it must of been a misunderstanding but I know what I said to the young lady that took my order. I wasted money for nothing and I will never order anything from there again. Sadly the can't cook. The wings were not seasoned and they were horrible. Next time I'll take my time and and order from another place. They have got to be kidding. This was the worst food I have ever eaten. I salute them with a 0. I can't recommend anything choose at your own risk.

When I called in to order my rib tip dinner and wing dings the person on the phone was rushing me and had a very bad attitude. When my food was delivered my rib tips were cold and the container wasn’t closed completely. I called to express my concerns about my food container being opened, and the man on the phone was very defensive and rude. He never said he apologize for the mishap. He said “we don’t open people food”. He continued to go back and forth with me about me being wrong. He then said “I send you a new one and staple it close, and he said that “I’ll be responsible for the delivery, and to make sure that I send the first rib tips back”. I said “Of course I’m going to send them back, I’m not going to eat them”. Conclusion, new rib tips were delivered and the delivery driver wanted to argue with me about giving him the fries back also which I had put in the oven and added cheese to them. So, he’s like give me the new fries back then. How unprofessional they all were had me scared to eat the new ones now. I waisted my money. Threw the new rib tips in the trash. I will never order from any Papas Pizza again.

I usually get a calzone, I wish they put more meat in it but it's always fresh. Customer service hasn't been bad. The price is a little high for the meat in a turkey calzone.
