The last several times we’ve ordered from here the pizza has been really great, my double mushroom light sauce pizza was perfect and the pepperoni bacon pizza was also perfect. They are also super accommodating about any special requests, we will be ordering again!??????

This place stole from me tonight. Never showed with pizza. When I kept calling up there, to ask for refund they kept hanging up on me. I had the kee calling from 3 different numbers for them to answer. I will get my money back tomorrow and put this lace on blast for bad service..

This was my worst experience ever with any restaurant I would give zero stars if I could I ordered a pizza at 8:26pm at 9:15pm I got a call there running late okay so then I get a call the guy just left my house and the people who live there said they did not order pizza well they did not come to my house so now it’s 9:45 or so and the driver and my pizza is 15 mins from me so they still say there on the way I guess they thought I wanted cold pizza because by the time I would have gotten it the drive would have been driving it all over for about 45-50 mins no thank you when I called in the manger seem to think it was funny I guess the driver went to the wrong address did not care to do anything about and still wanted me to feed my kids cold pizza I paid 40 something dollars for if you order from here pick up your pizza I’ll never order from here again worst experience they could have at least apologized for the mistake considering it was the third one of the night

Our choice to celebrate 19th anniversary, first time at the 13 Coins on the Waterfront in Vancouver, WA. Gavin was totally attentive and among our best service experiences ever. The Monte Cristo and Mexi-Scramble were superb.
This was our first time here great friendly place very clean and both pizza were perfect

I placed an order and waited 45 minutes which was past the time it's supposed to be done anyway and then they go to accidentally give one of my pizzas to someone else and when I said something to them and they confirmed it they still gave it away and told me mine was being put in the oven now. Really great customer service guys you have one job try to do it right!!!
