Ordered through door dash but when I went to pick it up found out the fries are made in peanut oil ( ALLERGIC) and they kindly gave me two free drinks and also two coupons for two FREE subs

Friendly staff. Great fresh sandwiches, salads, and wraps. French Fries are fully cooked!
I ordered the steak and cheese sub. After eating almost half of the sub I discovered what looked like thin slices of ham under the steak. I showed it to my husband. It tasted okay so I ate the rest of my sub. It was just surprising to find. Also the rap music that was playing was way too loud!
Always my go to place when I want a Philly cheese steak sub, never disappointed

Why is a large sub only 1399 at the John R location and there 19 bucks here WHY, but I drive rite pass and go to the one there and almost get two subs for the price of one here and they are less oily and more neat not sloppy🤣👌🏻

Everything is pretty good here. I have 4 stars due to the portions on the subs were measley. Not sure if they're rationing or the employees don't understand the portion control.

I haven’t been to Penn Station in years, and wanted to try it again for dinner. After eating my dinner, I got food poisoning from their chicken Philly and I have been sick ever since. My sandwhich didn’t even have mayo on it like it was supposed to either.

The best part is fresh potato fries which is extremely rare to find a place like that.
Their sandwich also pretty good. Customer service is phenomenal.
