I chose this hotel because of the price and location and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the comfort of the room. Although there was no fridge, the full service breakfast the next morning made up for that. No skimping, a really good full breakfast. Also, no one knocking on my door at the moment checkout begins. All the staff I encountered were polite and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 double bed suite. The room was nicely decorated, very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were helpful - shout out to Sunny on morning front desk duty - he greeted us each morning with a big smile and has great customer service skills.

the front desk girl was just plain rude. We were not allowed to reserve a jacuzzi room over the phone. We had to go out of our way to stop and make the reservation in person. Even then my girlfriend was not allowed to make it, I had to go in and we were not even paying for it then. The airfilters in the room were so clogged with grim the air system barely worked. Went to fill up the tub and no water pressure, the drain plug wasn't working, but they fix it right away. Room came with 2 towels a wash cloth and 1 bath mat. Requested more towels and the request fell on deaf ears. No breakfast that I could find. I've stayed in fleabag hotels that I would prefer over this one. I will give management credit for learning how to cut corners, overrated the hotel, and make sure they are happier than the guest. Holiday inn needs to rethink thier franchising policys.

We stayed here while my husband is working in the area. The hotel lobby, hallways and room are clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly. We only had one problem while we were here and that was on the last night of our stay. Another room was loud with multiple guests and my husband went down around 11:00 pm to ask the desk clerk to check it out because he had to work the next morning. He either didn’t check or the guest didn’t listen because it continued all through the night. I videoed the noise and went down to the desk myself at 4:00 am and told the desk clerk they were now playing loud music. He said he would take care of it immediately and he either did as asked or from exhaustion I finally fell asleep. We checked out at 11 am the next morning and my husband talked to the manager on duty and asked if there was anything she could do about a discount for the nights stay and she said no. We were there for a week and my husband will be back in the area from time to time and has always stayed here because of the location to where he is working. They really should take care of repeat guests better. But overall good stay. Hotel is in front of the police department and there is a restaurant in the parking lot that’s not too bad and is open until 10 pm serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and is affordable.
