Horrible customer service , did not feel welcomed , chicken was undercooked and the gyro was flavorless , the food was rushed when it was being prepared . It was a really disappointing watching them prepare the food. Stomach ache after eating Would never go back !

It’s expensive and had missing items in my order. I won’t return.

We usually have great experiences here, but this time the platter was disappointing it was the second time ordering the platter. We usually get the bowls. The first time, the guys asked if I wanted to keep it as-is or swap out a few items, which I appreciated and did. This time, they didn’t ask me anything besides what kind of meat we wanted and just started putting it together, adding items I don’t like. By the time I realized it, it was too late to change.

I also had to ask multiple times for pita bread before finally getting it — and when we got home, there was only one slice of pita for a platter meant to feed 3–4 people. They did give me a coupon, which was nice, but honestly, I would’ve rather spent $15 on a customizable bowl than $20 on something that didn’t include what I wanted.

It’s also not clear what comes on the platter to begin with since it’s not shown on the in-store menu, and last time it was customized, so there was no way for me to know what the default items were.

This store went above & beyond to correct a minor issue with my take out food. Staff was very understanding. Happy to see that they are willing to support their customers, will dine in again.

Went there today, and this guy Ronny absolutely killed the game. He made my food with more love then any ex girlfriend could ever dream of. He straight went Chef mode. Super friendly and outgoing dude. Gave some advice and some samples, and I'd 100% recommend this twice a week

Mia was absolutely fantastic, very courteous. I appreciate her help. The food was amazing - one of the top Pita Way locations I have been to.

The food tasted fine, but I ordered a quesopita and the girl making it was so focused on her coworker's toddler making a mess in the lobby and causing chaos that she didn't even cut it. And because she was so focused on watching the toddler she barely even made my food right. She didn't put cheese on both sides of the quesopita which is how every other person does it. If you can't focus on your job because of your coworker's child, either tell them leave the child at home or bring someone in to watch him.

Great 👍 location for the restaurant when it comes to picking up delivery 🚚 orders. Also, this restaurant has great customer service, the service speed is fantastic and the orders are always correct ✅. Nonetheless, I never 👎 had a bad experience picking up delivery 🚚 orders at this location once in a while. 😃

Pitaway used to be my go-to, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I ordered the T Grizzly meal and totally regret it—I couldn’t even feed it to my dogs. It completely spoiled my appetite.

The guy mentioned some items were substitutable, but the lady just threw everything on there, including things I don’t even eat. She didn’t look up until the bowl was already finished. I only spoke up because I was genuinely disappointed. It wasn’t even busy, so there was no reason to rush through my order like that.

She piled on an entire handful of onions—like anyone just loves onions—and only added the jalapeños after I said something. By then, I already knew the food was going in the trash. Sixteen dollars wasted.
