Michelle, Kat, and Sierra are Pizza Queens and take the best care of me. Nobody out-pizza’s this Hut! One of the last authentic, nostalgic, dine-in Pizza Hut’s left in the state and it’s a shame. If you decide to dine-in and visit the royalty at this location, bring a good tip and appreciate all its 80s glory, before it’s too late! My favorite lunch spot in Macomb Co!

I bought a medium pizza, would beef pepperoni and chicken. In bacon it was terrible it was like I went Two Seven eleven Or little caesar . I will never order another Pizza from Pizza Hut.

Terrible customer service and incompetent employees
1) I got a big dinner box. I asked for blue cheese, which COMES with it. They said oh no that is an extra charge. I order a big dinner box at least once a month and was never told to pay extra to get 1 blue cheese. I didn't have an issue spending 80 cents to get one, which I did, but because I knew they were wrong I even pulled it up on THEIR WEBSITE saying sauce comes with it - and he still brushed it off. And did not even have decency to acknowledge he was wrong or even offer to give it. Incompetent when they don't even know what is included
2) Even more concerning- THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WEARING GLOVES WHILE PREPARING THE FOOD. OUT OF THE 3 WORKERS, WHO ARE IN CLEAR SIGHT, NONE ARE WEARING GLOVES AND TOUCHING THE CHEESE ETC WITH BARE HANDS - THIS SHOULD BE REPORTED AS HEALTH HAZARD AND FOOD INSPECTORS SHOULD COME IN
3) All of the customer facing employees were rude with terrible service. We are traveling from out of town and so did not have paper plates in hotel. I asked for paper plates, and apparently a fast food pizza place does not CARRY PLATES. She was so rude about it and gave a rude smirk.
Avoid due to terrible customer service and sanitary reasons.

I gave this place a final attempt after they already messed up my order on two previous deliveries. I did carry out so I could inspect the pizza before leaving, and they once again missed toppings. Zero quality control from this place even after reporting my previous issues. Avoid.

Please listen....go somewhere else. The lady manager should be ashamed of herself. Some of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen. Food is at best edible. Ordered two medium pizzas and was not allowed to actually have take home boxes. Understand they DO NOT WANT YOU TO EAT OR DO ANYTHING INSIDE THE STORE. I will try my best to get hold of corporate if I can. Pizza Hut, you wonder why your company is in the toilet. Keeping stores like this open is the reason. What a joke.....

Came on our 30 minute lunch break ordered online to save time woman employee was rude saying if we ordered carry out we can’t sit down to eat we was excited to visit Pizza Hut lobby the women employee had a list of rules what we couldn’t do not beinging able to split payment staring at us we will not be back to this location
