way too busy for the size of location, very infrequently has any seats available at lunch. staff has a major attitude and refuses to make drive thru orders ahead of time. will not be returning; literally any other potbelly location is better.

What paying for bacon gets you 1 burnt strip on your sub and my sub was missing oil and ranch terrible 😞 I love the food 2nd time I’ve been let down by just adding bacon and getting double meat I spend 60$ on my whole order getting me and people in my house subs not worth the hassle and I guess because I said no cheese they just didn’t toast my sub or my meat got the coldest sandwich of my life the only thing that was hot was the black joke of a piece of bacon on my sub

Usually, I love the food but this place can never get my order right or on time. First try they completely missed the instructions and delivered me plain grilled chicken n cheddar with only chicken and cheddar on it and no other ingredients. Second attempt, I call during busy time, they take my order, they don’t ask for my name, and hang up before I finished talking. After waiting 20 min, I ask and find out my order was never put in to have to wait in line. I wait a total of 35 min for a single sub. The sub was messy and the ingredients were subpar. The staff is not the kindest either. 2nd strike. One more final try.

Terrible experience. We stopped here yesterday after running errands. I haven’t had potbelly in years. Poor customer service. On top of that I am so sick right now after eating at this establishment. I’m pretty sure it is food poisoning. Thanks sooooo much…Stay away from this place.

This is my first time ever eating at a potbelly. I didn’t know what to order. The staff made a great recommendation for a chicken with sweet heat barbecue. I must say for the first time it was really really good restaurant was clean and staff was very very accommodating and friendly definitely would recommend and definitely would come back.

Did not want to add sauce I asked for because it was going to be all in her knife when she did it anyway she put it on the whole sandwich in a mad way. Why y’all hire ppl who don’t like to do they job

Tried the Ham & Cheese sandwich at Potbelly and it hit the spot! The ham was flavorful and served warm, and the cheese was perfectly melted. The toasted bread added a nice crunch, and the toppings were fresh. Got all the topping on it. Excellent sandwich!

Since Manager Shorty left, the food is gross and they always mess up the order. I would suggest trying before 3pm. but it's still nothing like when she was there.

Ordered online for drive through pick up, apon arrival they didn't made my order already had to wait over 20 min than the sandwich was cold.

Ordered 2 sandwich meals. One of the sandwiches had completely different ingredients than what was ordered/added. The other just tasted like burned avocado and nothing else. The lemonade we got tasted like water. There were two employees one being on their phone the entire time to which I had to repeat everything I said to at least 2 to 3 times. The other just being simply confused making the orders wrong because one was too busy on her phone . Overall a waste of $30. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
