Stopped here tonight around 10:30; clearly with enough time before its scheduled closure at 11 PM. The door was locked and the employees inside ghosted me. Absolutely unacceptable. I somehow missed when Qdoba added souffle and other dishes that take more than 5 minutes to serve. Stop here within 60 minutes of its scheduled closed time at your own risk. Nice way to treat a past customer but avoiding eye contact and keeping the door locked. Won't go here again.

Ordered a chicken bowl, and somehow got zero chicken in it. On top of that, my “veggies” were literally half a pepper—not even chopped, just a sad, lonely chunk. For the price, I expected an actual meal, not whatever this was. Super disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered through DoorDash and after a few bites, I discovered a hair wedged within my bowl. It was a long, disgusting hair and completely repulsing. I reached out to the store, and spoke to a manager (4:38 if a higher up sees this and intervenes appropriately) and she was completely unhelpful. No empathy or compassion for my issue and put me on hold instead of being the ear I needed to express my discomfort to. I guess I’ll be going back to chipotle.

Every time I come here I ask myself why. It’s always so dirty. If the work station and restaurant are this dirty I can only imagine what it looks like where we can’t see. The workers and management are always rude. Theres been instances where we’ve ordered meals without a single word from the workers. How is that possible? This location would benefit a ton from change in management and addition of some workers who actually like their jobs.

The restaurant was clean and the customer service was really good. The vegetables were fresh but the chicken beans and rice wasn’t hot, Luke warm at best ! I couldn’t enjoy my meal because the parts of the food that should’ve been hot wasn’t.
