The boba here is always delicious and consistent across all my visits. The menu has an insane amount of variety and you can make whatever adjustments you need, R&B tea has something for everybody and will continue to be my go-to boba establishment.

The Food Palace has been made into a strip mall with numerous stores: one selling bubble tea; one selling fried chicken; and one selling fingernail and hand products. I've had the chicken, which was pretty good. However, this trip I went to the Asian 169's store with toys, arcade games, and a restaurant. The food was good. It was there Grand Opening and had special entertainment and characters present. See videos.

This boba shop is an absolute gem! I got the Taro Stormy with boba and it was just incredible - the tea was super smooth and the boba had the perfect chew. I added extra taro bits and it was a game changer. The atmosphere's really cute and the staff are super friendly, makes you feel right at home. Seriously, it's a must-try, would defs go back for more.

Yooooo the boba here is so gassssss, one of the workers recommended like a kumquat lemon ice tea and that stuff was BOMB as heck!! Definitely bringing the bros to try some mango stormy next time!!

Tried both a hot roasted oolong milk tea and a winter melon milk tea with crystal boba. The staff was lovely, the prices fair and selection amazing.

Came back to the store and tried the Vietnamese coffee this time—it had a gentle sweetness, though I’m not sure if it was the recipe or the care of the person who made it that made it feel so special. 🌿✨ Highly recommend trying the sea salt coffee with cream cheese foam too—it’s a delightful treat! ☕💛
