Went for the first time tonight. Food was good service was terrible. Waitress was throwing food, glasses and cups on the table. Was there for over two hours then wanted to place a carryout and she yelled at me and tossed my carryout box at me after waiting 30 min to come back to our table. I had to get up find plum sauce from another table. have never seen a server like her. She then proceeded to the front to cash us out and stood over me to see what tip I was giving her. Terrible!!!!!

Food is always great. You get the large bun. Like the old days. NewYork style. You get so much food. With combination..soup,bun, egg rolls, fried noodles for soup. Lunch is enough to fill me for the day. I do not eat like a bird. I have an healthy appetite ?
Parking: Just a huge parking lot. Always a parking spot near by
Don't worry I won't be back the food is nowhere is good as it used to be and the server was rude at best small portions didn't even give us hot tea it was too close to closing time
I’m convinced all these amazing reviews are either fake or made by people who’ve never had good Chinese food before. This was truly some of the worst Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. Everything from the bread roll, the egg roll, and especially the meat and sauces tasted wrong, bad, potentially even expired, and had strange tastes. This includes bread rolls that almost taste like a combination of light fish and plastic, as well as broccoli steak which tasted gamey and maybe even expired (left a residual bad taste too). The sauce tasted like they used soapy dishwater or something while making it. The people were very nice, I just feel like I needed to be honest about my experience with the food.

I ordered general tso's chicken from rubys, in the past it was great but something happened, now when I get it ,it very dry, I even mentioned it to the person that took my order but once again, it came out very dry , they are fast if your look to get it quick , I think they are using yesterdays food, it's the last time I order the very favorite thing that I like , also like everything else prices are getting toooo high ...check it out , good luck, the egg fu young is good

Ordered almond boneless chicken and sweet and sour chicken and both were over cooked!Saw that someone else posted the same thing but I thought I would see for myself and they were right the chicken was very dry!

I placed a to go order for won ton soup and when I arrived my soup was on the front counter. I waited for someone to acknowledge me or come and greet me and nobody did. I called the restaurant inside while waiting and no one picked up. It wasn’t until another customer walked up to check out that someone came up and then had the audacity to finish checking them out before they even looked in direction. I will never order from this establishment again and will communicate my experience with any asking about this restaurant

Easily the best Chinese food option in the Warren area - been going here for 40+ years.
It is typical Chinese food fare. I've been coming here since I was a kid.
The food is usually good, I prefer lunch since it seems better when dining in. Carry-out can be 50/50, especially when ordering dinner.
So I have to knock a star for inconsistent quality on take out meals, which we do more often than dining in.
The restaurant hasn't changed in decades, but is in decent shape for not having renovations and kept pretty clean.
The staff is always quick and courteous to us when we dine-in.
