Customer Service is lacking. No one greeted us when we walked in on Friday and we waited for over 45 minutes to be greeted and our orders to be taken. The waiter never came. Even the other customers were asking if we were still waiting and apologized as we walked out the door. Very rude and not customer service friendly. I can’t rate the food because I never was able to place an order.

We Had Almond boneless chicken! It was not very good! The chicken was very tough to chew & hard! No refills on drinks, is a terrible!

Server in a hurry and doesn’t check if customer has a need for more water, and doesn’t ask customer if they want anything else. Food is nothing special in taste, lots of the food is heavy in oil. Bread was dry too plenty of parking and restaurant was clean.

Went for the first time tonight. Food was good service was terrible. Waitress was throwing food, glasses and cups on the table. Was there for over two hours then wanted to place a carryout and she yelled at me and tossed my carryout box at me after waiting 30 min to come back to our table. I had to get up find plum sauce from another table. have never seen a server like her. She then proceeded to the front to cash us out and stood over me to see what tip I was giving her. Terrible!!!!!

We eat here on a regular basis. The food is good and the customer service is excellent.
It is typical Chinese food fare. I've been coming here since I was a kid.
The food is usually good, I prefer lunch since it seems better when dining in. Carry-out can be 50/50, especially when ordering dinner.
So I have to knock a star for inconsistent quality on take out meals, which we do more often than dining in.
The restaurant hasn't changed in decades, but is in decent shape for not having renovations and kept pretty clean.
The staff is always quick and courteous to us when we dine-in.
