Used to love going here for Karaoke. Sounds like they are not reopening. Supposed to be closed for renovations for 4-6 and it's almost a year later. What happened?

Waited 20 minutes after sitting for a server. I had to go to the hostess stand. No one knew we were there. That's not fun and it made me not want to go again. I was near the bar at a high top and was told the bartender usually takes them, but she was super busy.

My family and I tried to eat here tonight. We walked in (not at all greeted). I asked a waitress if we seat ourselves and she said yes. We choose a booth and sat down. The same 3 waitresses walked passed our table multiple times. One woman said she'd get us cleaned up soon. After about 5-10 minutes waiting, another group of people walked in and sat at the table next to us. They were immediately greeted and handed menus. That's when we decided to leave.

Me and my husband came there and had Marie as a waitress on Saturday. She charged us 20% gratuity and she had a bad attitude and was rude to us. I like karaoke but not for that lady to treat us how she did. Maybe try a different establishment for karaoke and food. I don’t see how a restaurant could charge gratuity on 2 people without our knowledge.

Sheila has got to be one of the worst servers in the history of the business. Slow as all get out, the food is cold by the time she gets around to bringing it out. I also don’t appreciate her political discussions. Time to let this one go!
