Barely any oat milk in the drink I ordered. Lady didn’t come to the window once I waved her down, maybe she thought I was going to complain about it but I just wanted a straw since I will have to go home and fix it. 😒🙄

My drink was made twice and it still tasted horrible. READ what’s on the cup label before you start making the drink. I won’t be back.
Imagine asking for asking "can you just put less than 20 ice cubes in there?? I dont want too much ice please" and you get SO MUCH ICE you finish your drink in 2 sips... Also why does a worker have their name set as "FART" like their name tag literally says "FART" uhmm??? I'm coming to a fast food place I don't wanna read something gross; also they were extremely rude and didn't have straws..

staff attitude is very bad
I recently had a disappointing experience at a Starbucks drive-thru. The coffee had a bad taste, and the employee, specifically an Asian girl, had a rude attitude. Additionally, the prices were exorbitant, with an extra charge of $3 on top of 16 $ to fix the coffee. I expected better quality and friendlier service.

I had to find a new Starbucks because my favorite Starbucks at 14 & John R has temporarily closed for renovations. This location is awful. The drive thru has been closed for over a month with no explanation.

This one has been mediocre at best for about 6 months. Probably would've given 4 stars but this morning she kept my change without even offering to give it back. Didn't open the window again for me to ask for my change back. Tipping culture is occasionally out of hand & just taking the tip is even more silly. Won't be back to this one.

I have never had a good experience at Starbucks at Target. I think it's because of the staff there. Their attitude is very open and cheerful. But their actions are the opposite. I'm not good at English, I just wanted to order a drink and I showed them the picture. There are some things they don't have, and some things they have but they don't put them in. I wonder if they can read it. Sorry but I feel like they don't seem suitable for this job. There were only three lines of text that I had to tell them twice. I find it a bit odd that they say do you want it. Of course, it's a formula and they were supposed to do it that way from the start.

Woman in the drive threw singing orders back badly.. was not how I wanted to start my day it was extremely obnoxious. And not accepting cash at 9:30 am is unacceptable. Terrible customer service terrible coffee under prepared. Target Starbucks is 500 feet away but I’m done with Starbucks after this experience back to
