Terrible service Went there at 5:00 on Sunday but there was a sign out saying that they went on break and would be back in 15 so I did some shopping to pass the time I came back up at 5:50 And there was still nobody back from break🤨( they close at 7:00)
Clearly they don’t pay attention to their employees nor do they care if they just can disappear for hours on end

Went at 6:30, they closed at 7, the worker basically refused to make a drink because they already cleaned the machines…not sure why they’d clean them so early but we also got a croissant and she said she couldn’t warm it because they just cleaned the oven, I’ll never be back to this location

I was not greeted with hello or anything after i said hello, it was just a really rude vibe from the white girl with the soars on her face and neck, the girls whispered to eachother and when i recieved my drink it was overflowing all over the sides… i dint even think it was made correctly, possibly the worst latte ever… i normally leave tips, but i didnt even wipe the mess my cup made after they gave it to me…

Aiden has been serving me at this location and she is fabulous. She works by herself early, but she is so professional, and friendly. She also makes my drink great! Its inside Meijer and very convenient !
This Starbucks was in a Meijer store. It was a small, nice setup. The girls were friendly. I needed to return because they forgot the peppermint in my drink. She was very apologetic and said she forgot and remembered after I walked away.

One thing I don’t handle well is stupidly fire them they don’t know what they are doing and I asked for a simple transaction, the thing is most ppl get a coffee to brighten their day these bird brains made my day worst and I just can’t handle stupidity. This is an embarrassment of the Starbucks chain thumbs
