One thing I don’t handle well is stupidly fire them they don’t know what they are doing and I asked for a simple transaction, the thing is most ppl get a coffee to brighten their day these bird brains made my day worst and I just can’t handle stupidity. They do not scan your starbucks QR code, the lady that was cashing my mother put told her to step out of line if she needed ro find a car out of her wallet to pay, and fought with her on how to pay ans tried to make her use a gift card. I'm completely turned off at this location and will never visit here again, this is not how Starbucks is supposed to treat their customers or act.

Honestly it has gotten so bad in the last year quit coming because you were always closed and then started coming again everytime I order it is made wrong and tastes horrible found out they are watering down the cold brew coffee even though every Starbucks I have been to that is corporate never adds water to the cold brew coffee it tastes like Waterey coffee and when I asked why did they do that they argued with me even though I am not blind and I get the same coffee every day every where I go they don't add water and asked if I can get it with out and I got ignored waste of money

I was not happier with my frozen refresher, it taste like water with a little color. I did not say nothing just went on about my day but I decided to right a review about my experience. I will not be returning to this particular Starbucks anymore.
I was at Starbucks on Easter Sunday around 12. Only 1 girl working. Huge line. She made my complicated perfect & she was So sweet. I feel bad that she was working by herself but she did the best that she good. She was fast & accurate. I hope that her boss sees this & gives her a raise. It was my 1st time ever in there & she left a great impression! #outstandingcustomerservice
