This location is good. In my experience, they are fast, friendly, and the orders have been well made. Very reliable for morning and afternoon beverages. My only complaint is they are often out of stock on things from specific breakfast sandwiches to new beverage ingredients.

I placed an order on the mobile app and went to pick up my drink. I was met with a handwritten note instead. It was frustrating because I was on my lunch break and had to call Starbucks Customer service to get my money back. My advice is do not order through the app here when the business hours posted online do not reflect their actual hours.

My girlfriend and I went to get medicine balls… I saw the young lady doing an order which had to be online because no one was standing there… so I assumed she would greet us and tell us she would be with us and juts a few minutes … she never looked up and acted as if the two slap Drinks she was making was the most importantly thing ever… I was expecting a “hey guys I’ll be right with you.” But never received that and waiting another six minutes until the other young lady was done. Washing dishes and then she proceeds to say to my girlfriend “what do you want ?” If she wasn’t really in need of this drink I would have left! After the drinks were done the young lady slammed them on the counter and walked away… I’ll met return to this location! They are so rude for no reason at all.

Fell off, Is all I am going to say.... I think the stress of society took it's toll on ol Starbucks here... I will say i do love their coffee tho, the taste is unlike anything, prolly the best coffee, the only coffee of its type in the begining now everyone trys and make coffee that bites back, but they can't not like this....

Ruled by idiots tho unfortunately and those whose fall under the stigma of buying them. You can't tell them that they would never believe it because first they have to doubt themselves and that is something I think you can do there have doubt...
I doubt that really delicious looking square thing with stuff and chocolate drizzled all over it could taste as bad as they do... Like a lot of their other stuff, lame you guys try too hard, keep it simple but huge, we like things is America big!

Waited in line for 4 minutes and the staff ignored me and then waited on a Kroger manager first and just told me that after I said I was first that I was in the wrong spot. I was at standing right in front of an employee who looked at me several times. I told them I was leaving a review and they are still laughing and joking about me.. I am standing 300 feet away.

Over the weekend. The women working here are so rude. When I walked up to the counter, she reacted as if I ruined her day saying Yessss. She was visibly irritated. Never had that experience before at a Starbucks. I won’t be returning. To make things worse my order wasn’t good.
Here is a suggestion for the ladies that work there, if you don’t like your job, look into another career. Because taking your day, mood, and life out on random strangers isn’t what your job is for.
