Moved into the area a little over a year ago and I have a total of 3 Starbucks I choose from with this location being my favorite. My coffee is always hot, food always fresh and workers always friendly. I’ve had a bad experience at another location in Troy where they racially profiled my boyfriend picking up my order, never once have they shown judgment or racism at this location and it makes me feel comfortable when he goes in. Thank you for being a great location!!

Friendly staff, plenty of space to sit, work, talk, or eat, and the drinks were served quickly. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for both relaxation and productivity. I didn’t realize this area was part of Warren—it’s very close to Madison Heights, making it a convenient spot to visit.

My cookies were hard as a brick and my drinks taste like water. This location really needs to do better. Way to expensive to have horrible products. Also, they were not able to print me a receipt so that I could get my points later. SMH?

Ordered a Cafe Mocha, was absolutely horrible,, tasted like cold ground coffee beans, I took 2 sips and left it on their counter,,
Super inconvenient for people who order ahead to THEN have to wait in the drive thru line when they close the lobby.
