Really good experience here. Ingredients were fresh, veggies crisp, and the bread was soft. Store was clean and the staff was super friendly. One of the better Subways I’ve been to.

This location has a rat issue and I have a picture to prove it! Also they rarely wear gloves, or hats and are constantly n on their phones. VERY unprofessional, unsanitary behind the scenes. Highly recommend NOT frequenting this location.

Orders a chicken sub and added all my topping the young lady in the blonde locs served my food she toasted it and sandwhich was burnt . She didn’t even acknowledge it … whatever … then I asked her for a light squirt of siracha sauce (mind you this was for my kid) and she put EXTRA sauce on it I didn’t know until she ended up wrapping it up. Cashed out .. smh .. got home and looked and its lil to no meat (bc you can’t see what they are doing behind the glass window) …. This the 2nd time I ordered and will be my last had to try and wipe and tear off the burnt pieces and the sauce as much as I could. And added my own cheese bc it was barely any on

I ordered at the drive thru kiosk as it was a convenient option for me. Chose what looked like a specialty sandwich menu and picked the 6” Cali Club, which looked like it had turkey, bacon, red onion, tomato, mayo, and guacamole. I proceeded to choose my bread (Italian herbs), cheese (pepper jack), removed the tomato and added green peppers and lettuce. Removed the mayo (which I can’t eat) and added oil and red wine vinegar. Added the chips and drink and the total came to around $16. When the person working the window told me the total it was $10.15. I didn’t question anything because I thought maybe there was a deal or the kiosk pricing was wrong. They did not confirm what I ordered nor did they tell me anything that I ordered (sandwich or toppings) was not available. I get to work and see that I just have a turkey sandwich with American cheese, mayo (again cannot eat this), green peppers, and lettuce. If the kiosk is incorrect, fix it. Require your crew to repeat orders at the window so issues can be corrected right then and there. I’ve now paid for a sandwich I cannot eat and have wasted my money. It’s no wonder I don’t eat at Subway anymore. I stopped here as it was convenient with the drive thru and it had been quite a while so I thought it would be a good quick thing to get. How incredibly wrong I was. Next time I’ll trust my intuition and skip Subway at all costs.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was a horrible experience we went through drive thru couldn’t find what we were looking for was told we have to use the screen to order they finally helped us get to it we ordered for home and our sandwich was made wrong so my daughter spent 14 dollars on a sandwich she couldn’t eat

I normally don't have a problem with this subway but I was in there the other day and the girl that made my sandwiches was so rude, I wanted to throw the sandwiches in her face if I wasn't so hungry I would have said forget it and walked out. It seemed like she didn't want to serve a white person.

I hope I got her name right but Ms.Kita I have to say thanks. First off I was greeted professionally. She was smiling the entire time. Most restaurants hate to see me coming but she prepared my order so fast with amazing accuracy. My food was finger licking good!!! It was not a rushed job. She took her time to get my order exactly the way I wanted it. I have to tell you I am an extremely picky person and all I received was kindness from her. I even got back to work on time. She has such a beautiful personality. I will definitely be returning to this location with my girl KITA!

The owner doesn't care he gives you for a sandwich I paided for 50percent more and double meat neither was on the sandwich I paided for extra cheese it wasn't added and they got ants crawling on the window where the ingredients for making sandwiches FDA need to pay they a visit

I have placed orders through the mobile app several times. Sometimes the order is right; other times it is not. So I tried to call the store to make sure the details of my order were correct, and was never able to reach anyone. I called 4 times, and was on the phone for a total of ten minutes and still there was no answer. I ended up having to call the delivery driver, who seemed a bit irritated, but there was literally no other option for me to get in contact with the store.

We were inside the place and asked to leave and order from the drive thru. A child of probably an employee was playing at the table. Such a terrible way to do business. How about take our order but tell us the dine in area is closed? But literally kicked us out and then locked us out.

They put bacon on my food. The screen asked about bacon. I pushed no thanks. I was the only one in line, but my food took forever. Nothing had to be cooked. Just put in the heater for a minute.
