We were inside the place and asked to leave and order from the drive thru. A child of probably an employee was playing at the table. Such a terrible way to do business. How about take our order but tell us the dine in area is closed? But literally kicked us out and then locked us out.

They put bacon on my food. The screen asked about bacon. I pushed no thanks. I was the only one in line, but my food took forever. Nothing had to be cooked. Just put in the heater for a minute.

I ordered a flatbread it was messed up on the one side missing like 3 inches of the bread they tried serving it to me I asked her for a new bread they flipped it over on the new bread and literally were peeling the melted cheese off with their fingers I just turned around and walked out what kind person even does that you're going to peel melted cheese off with your fingers to put on another sandwich definitely the worst subway I've ever been to

You’ll waste your time driving here if you go by there posted hours! Upon arrival, all the signs say “open” but the door is locked and the drive through is disabled an hour before closing. The customer service really sucks here as well.

I finally made it up there in the early afternoon, only to receive the nastiest sloppiest sandwich ever on 10/18/24 @1:25pm, by 1:40pm my mind was made up to never EVER return here lol ?

I will never patronize another restaurant from you all. I ordered two subs for the price of $17.87 These subs were supposed to be delivered to my house. Never received the food nor have did I receive an email or text to track my food. I spent more money on ubers than food having to go to TWO different subways to check on my order leaving with NOTHING!

Genuinely the worst subway I’ve ever been too (multiple time I’ve made this mistake) it seems as if they just hire disrespectful kids with no training and have them work by themselves. 0/10 rudest people, even worse sub.

I had came in for a doordash order as a dash. There were two lady employees. The one that helped me did not communicate to me that the chips were in the bag and to get the proper drink for the order, so i had to red the order on my phone to double check the order. Which means that i was distracted and was not able to check the the bag at the moment. I ended up grabbing what i needed for the order (also i am used to grabbing the additional items myself…). The caused the other employee (who i never interacted with and was helping another customer) to have a nasty tone of voice towards me, rudely telling me that the chips are in the bag and i need and bottled drink. Overall, this could’ve been avoided if the first employee communicated to me PROPERLY.

Worst subway ever . I went there with daughter to early in the morning but one of the ladies was very ridiculous and i asked for the manager she said i am the manager including over there was 2 other customers walked out because of her behavior

Ordered on the app just before 9pm and arrived about 9:15 to a dark restaurant with one employee waiting for me in the drive through. It turns out they close at 9 and not 11 like Google Maps says. I felt bad for making him wait, so I thanked him and apologized and left to find that both subs I ordered were totally messed up with extra stuff and missing stuff. Based on the reaction of the employee that gave me them, this was intentional for me ordering right before closing. I didn't know it was closing because the time was wrong. This was months ago, the time is still wrong. If you're going to screw someone over because of something that is not only not their mistake, but something you could fix, you shouldn't be in the position you're in. I get that work can suck but this one was on you guys and I'm sure it isn't the only time it's happened. Thanks for wasting my money and time. (Subway corporate ignored me contacting them and never got back to me, so that's cool, too.)
