When I visited this store , there was only 1 employee working, no manger in sight and people were walking out because of the short staff. The manager Caleb is always rude and his employees have no manners. The food was delicious tho but def never coming back and I will be reporting this store to corporate.

I ordered a footlong through the drive thru and received a 6in. I am in a hurry for work and didnāt check the bag. I tried calling and no one is picking up. This is the 2nd time they have messed up and order. Im never coming to this location again. Very irritating

Typical Subway, I think these are all the same, most people know whatās on the menu and what to order. Some are cleaner and better stocked than others, this one seems well maintained and stocked.

Would not accept gift card card literally says u can use it at subway guy that worked there tried to say we couldnāt use it and denied it this is ridiculous!!!!
I placed an order through the drive through and was told by the machine to pull through. The sandwich artist came to the window and said it would be 10 minutes. I was fine with that as I really wanted a sandwich today and have been sick for a week and didnāt want to go stand in the store if Iām still contagious. Long after the 10 minutes had passed the sandwich artist came back to the window and said āI didnāt even know you were still waiting hereā and something to the effect of I am slammed inside and I still canāt make your sandwich - I literally wanted a six inch sweet onion teriyaki sandwich, thatās it - I had watched multiple different orders rung up on the register that I could see from the drive thru while I was waiting. When I asked why it didnāt get put on the line to be made in the order it was received I was told the drive up window was a āconvenienceā and they had to cater to the customers inside. So your restaurant has a drive thru for customers but you canāt treat them like a customer! It will take a bit for me to go back this is not the first issue Iāve had recently with subway in general. Typically this store is the best one in the area but today you lost me! I am angry and so disappointed to not be eating my sandwich.
As a company the prices have gotten ridiculous but I know franchises have little they can do about that. Today I am so frustrated with the fact I was not treated as a customer and was told to go somewhere else or go inside after Iād already been waiting long past the 10 minutes Iād been told.

Yeah, first and last visit. Waiting 10 minutes for a six inch sub just for the entire order to be wrong is crazy.Got extra lettuce and barely any sauce.
