Unfortunately customer service is a dying idea. I ordered my nephews sub, after it was made I asked to add a sub for myself, the woman behind the counter chuckled as if she was mocking the fact the sandwich was included in the initial order.
Mind you, there is no one else In the store, no other customers waiting. After the employees bothered reaction I said never mind I’ll just take the other sub.
This might not seem like a big deal, but it goes to show how your attitude and how you choose to outwardly react to something can deter people from wanting anything. It’s a shame that a paying customer who ask for a second sandwich gets treated as if they asked for a last minute catering order to be prepared with no notice.
This was a 6 inch and a foot long. But because of the cashiers attitude we left with just the 6 inch. If my nephew wasn’t with me I would have left without purchasing anything

I tried to call the manager at this location and no one answered. My partner and I eat at Subway at least 2 times out of the week and we pretty much order the same thing. Why is the bill $17 more at This location? Either the prices are different or the cashier blatantly over charged me. Either way I am not happy and I don't recommend going to THIS particular location. I want to post the picture of my receipt as proof but it doesn't give me an option! 🤬

I walked in and saw a young man leaning over the counter with his hair hanging not only in his face but over the sandwich he was making and all the food in the bins. His hair should be tied back. I walked out. Who wants hair in their food.
I had placed an order online about 20 minutes before I showed up to the store, I arrived and the lady didn’t even realized we had placed an order even though the receipt was printed. We waited patiently for the other people in line to order and then we Waited. mind you we live right across the street from this subway and my sub was extremely soggy and it looked like half of it was missing. very disappointing Every single time I come here, But especially this time the most disappointed. I physically couldn’t eat this..

We did online ordering. I had my first subway sub a few months ago off the highway on a road trip. Really liked it. So we were busy and I said let's get turkey sub from subway. Well the bread was so dry and old that it was just flaking away when I bit it. Italian bread. There was little meat and lettuce content. I was really disappointed. I'll give it another try, but maybe not at that location my sister had a tuna on whole grain and thought it was fine.

One girl doing all the work, and she multi tasked quite well. Store wasn't all that busy, but it was clean and the service was warm and friendly.

This Subway experience was disappointing. The bread tasted stale, and now I'm dealing with a stomach ache. Whether it was due to carelessness during curbside pickup or not, I won't be returning. ??♀️

Placed online order for pickup at 6:10, arrived at 6:20 to the doors locked with a gentleman still inside. Store didn't close until 10pm. I was knocking on the door, the gentleman seen me but never came to unlock the door to give me my food. I waited 40 minutes for him to finally come to the door and he told me about personal issues he was having in his family about his aunt passing and how his mother passed 2 years ago. The store should have never been closed and i should not have waited 40 minutes for an online order. Horrible experience!

Friendly and fast
sometimes my coupons they won't take and usually its by the one lady. If she is working I usually leave and go to other one. other people are so nice take my coupons talk to me.
