Mouma and Kameira were incredible and deserve a raise. They are elite, and a great addition to the staff!!!!!! The best service hands down! I will recommend and be back.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been into purely based on the person who is working there. Here she working behind the counter was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered in all my life buying food. They did not say a single word to me the entire time and absolutely botched my sub. The worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food. This person needs to be fired

This store ruined my lunch break with a doordash order. I ordered a 12 inch steak and cheese, and not only was it 6inch all I received is lettuce on bread no steak or cheese. Just lazy and careless. I don't think I'll be ordering subway doordash again

Gross! Cashier went from changing the register tape and touching money to her gloves. She put the gloves on and asked me what I'd have. I said nothing and walked out. Not eating somewhere that doesn't practice hand washing right in front of me. Imagine what happens when nobody is looking.

5/1/24 Rude staff, food tasted good, but I won’t be back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Arab woman got annoyed look on her face because I only wanted a 6inch sub, then after giving me my change back she turned and left my bag on the counter leaving me to have to reach over and grab my food. It’s not my fault your restaurant isn’t getting customers at lunchtime. It’s probably your bad attitude that keeps people away. It’s not my fault you made all that bread that probably will go to waste because of the lack of customers. But, you’ll probably save them for tomorrow KNOWING you supposed to throw that bread out at the end of the day (I know, I used to work for Subway over a decade ago). Also, annoyingly they had a metal thing blocking the glass for the meat so you cannot see how the meat look. Makes them suspicious…why block customers from seeing the meat but let them see the veggies? Have better customer service then maybe you’ll get more customers

Since when did Subway become expensive? You're better off just going to a sit-down restaurant. I remember when Subway used to be affordable and good. But it seems like those days are far gone due to the greed of the corporation. None of the people working here have any social skills. I will not be returning due to the extremely high cost of a sandwich.

Customer service is not existent. Walked in and the ogre behind the counter just looked at me. Strike 1. Then it tells the customer in front of me to "hold on, this a online order" . Then on top of this shenanigans there's literally 3 or 4 grown men just hanging out in the store on their phones. No food. Not waiting for it to be made or anything, just hanging out like they're waiting for a bus stop. You can miss me with all this. Will def never be back here again. Used to eat here once a week. Enjoy going out of business soon because of the employees you hire

This is the worst subway ever!!!! They say their hours are open at 9am? I’ve been there multiple times at about 12 noon and the door is locked with someone standing behind the counter on their phone. Now let’s talk about staff. Most of the the time they have ONE person working during busy lunch times. Everyone that works there has a terrible attitude and don’t give a flying fig about you. This also makes what should be a 5-10 minute stop for lunch usually 20 minutes minimum because of the single employee.Another thing is the employee makes the temperature on the thermostats so hot, that you would think you’re in an aquarium for a lizard. That can’t be safe for the lunch meat to sit out in that type of temperature.Subway, you need to actually check on your restaurants including this GHETTO one in Warren.

Food preparer mission teriyaki blitz for teriyaki chicken. I enjoy both so I didn't mind. She was quick, and presented a clean workspace. Would definitely return to this subway.
