Since when did Subway become expensive? You're better off just going to a sit-down restaurant. I remember when Subway used to be affordable and good. But it seems like those days are far gone due to the greed of the corporation. None of the people working here have any social skills. I will not be returning due to the extremely high cost of a sandwich.

Parking: Parking lot needs repairs but otherwise parking is plentiful.
Customer service is not existent. Walked in and the ogre behind the counter just looked at me. Strike 1. Then it tells the customer in front of me to "hold on, this a online order" . Then on top of this shenanigans there's literally 3 or 4 grown men just hanging out in the store on their phones. No food. Not waiting for it to be made or anything, just hanging out like they're waiting for a bus stop. You can miss me with all this. Will def never be back here again. Used to eat here once a week. Enjoy going out of business soon because of the employees you hire

This is the worst subway ever!!!! They say their hours are open at 9am? I’ve been there multiple times at about 12 noon and the door is locked with someone standing behind the counter on their phone. Now let’s talk about staff. Most of the the time they have ONE person working during busy lunch times. Everyone that works there has a terrible attitude and don’t give a flying fig about you. This also makes what should be a 5-10 minute stop for lunch usually 20 minutes minimum because of the single employee.Another thing is the employee makes the temperature on the thermostats so hot, that you would think you’re in an aquarium for a lizard. That can’t be safe for the lunch meat to sit out in that type of temperature.Subway, you need to actually check on your restaurants including this GHETTO one in Warren.

Food preparer mission teriyaki blitz for teriyaki chicken. I enjoy both so I didn't mind. She was quick, and presented a clean workspace. Would definitely return to this subway.
Usually the service here is great, friendly & will give senior discounts and they even set me up to get points & rewards.However, on the day shift, before 4:00 pm, yesterday, 9/19/23, my African American thin female server was rude, unfriendly and refused to give me discount or points. I didn’t do anything to provoke such such a hostile treatment.I refused the order and will NOT go in this store if that woman is working. So, I guess she gets to take my dinner order home for a free lunch??I went to Del Taco instead.

This is my 1st time in like 3 years i been to subway! there was a young lady working named liv, she was very sweet , fast, wrapped our subs tightly so they wont fall out! only thing i didnt like was how she was by herself! she had a line and someone could been with her to help! but so far love the service thank you!

Honestly the food here just isn’t that great compared to other subways that i’ve been to.
Usually going to Subway is pretty routine since they haven’t changed the menu since 04, but today I was shocked by my experience. This is by far the worst Subway with the rudest and laziest staff. I came in looking to get a quick sandwich but was turned down by the employee who stated she is not taking orders. Oh ya not to mention she came out from the back with her phone on speaker just having a casual conversation. I didn’t come in near closing hours and still the worker said she’s good on taking any orders because she’s leaving in 10 minutes. Garbage place with garbage humans don’t go here.
