I don’t know how they hire such employees and how a manager can be a manager without knowing how to manage anything nor run a business properly. So unprofessional.

We had our wedding cake made by Sweet Dreams Bakery in Warren, and from the tasting to the big day, everything was amazing. Heidi made the tasting such a fun and memorable experience—she had our inspiration photos ready, walked us through options, and made thoughtful suggestions that perfectly matched our vision.
The cake itself was stunning and absolutely delicious. We chose two flavors—red velvet and vanilla with a chocolate cascade—and both were a huge hit with our guests. It looked exactly how we imagined and tasted even better.
Heidi treated what could be a stressful decision with care, creativity, and warmth. We can’t wait to come back for our anniversary cake this summer!

I have been a long time customer for your business. Sad thing is I come in a cake for a family member who is in golden age. But the service I received was not so great. I felt I buy out what was available in the windows and not much was to offer.

We loved our wedding cake! It was not only beautiful but it tasted amazing too. We decided to do different flavors for different layers and the sheet cake was chocolate and vanilla. There was a flavor for everyone and the guests appreciated being able to have any flavor they wanted or to try them all. Sweet Dreams was a pleasrue to work with and helped us build the cake of our dreams.

Dear sweet dreams, I hope this can be a constructive criticism for you. We loved your cakes and pastry products, we've been a loyal customer since 2010, started in Orchard Lake then we start buying the cakes in Warren because it's closer from work. We loved how moist your cake and rich in buttercream but yet not too sweet. Unfortunately the quality has gone down based on our purchase last week. First, it was packaged poorly so it smush when it was delivered to home. Second, we bought our fave cake, black forest and this time the cherry jam smells and taste sour so we have to scrape it off from the cake and we quite disappointed with that because the cherry jam is the key that makes your black forest different than other bakery. This forced us to look for different bakery for the next time we have birthday or special event. Again don't take this personally, we just hope you can take this feedback for your improvement.

Ordered a gluten free cake for pickup on 10/26 for a noon pickup for my nieces birthday party that started at 1pm. Arrived to pickup and the cake and it was never made. The bakery then offered to deliver it to me by 2pm. At 2:30pm, still no cake. I called the bakery and they stated the cake was ready but they were “looking for the keys to the van”. It’s now 3:40pm and still no cake. Called again, was told no one was there to help me. I will never order from here again. So disappointing!

I got a cake yesterday and it was great as always. I walked in and one of the cashiers greeted me while looking at her phone. I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or was on the phone. I hate to leave a bad review, but the service could be better and asked me if I knew what I wanted when I had just walked in before even getting to the cakes. I’ve had better experiences here. Just food for thought .

My kiddos birthday cake was perfect! I didn’t have very many instructions on how I wanted it to look, and they went above and beyond to make it very cute. The staff was kind and professional and we’ll be back for our next party!
