This place is terrible we ordered a mexican pizza meal and a nacho supreme meal both with mountain dew. Took our food home... No mexican pizza.. soggy hard tacos only bean and sour cream on the nachos.... Oh wait they failed to mention they had NO mountain dew when we ordered.... I will NEVER go back there again!!

Worst customer service!!! I am aware that you must use the kiosk to order but, you still would think that the employees would acknowledge you when you walk in. No they just look at you??♀️. Oh by the way I think this was the manager. I had to go back in 2 times just to get my order correct. No apologies or anything. Employee had their belongs just laying around on the table. I understand that there is no Dining in but D*mn at least make it presentable. There attitudes are VERY different here. I didn't apply for the position you did. Don't think I'll be back to this location.???♀️??♀️

Girl at the drive through first casually forgets to give me the drink I ordered and then provides no change? This isn't just forgetfulness, she's doing it intentionally. She didn't even consider giving me my change which I'm sure she's doing to other customers as well. So either she can't count or she's stealing from people. Strangely, I thought the cash register did all the counting but maybe I'm wrong. I was so disgusted by her lack of interest in doing her job, I told her to keep the change and drove off. Is this the type of thief you hire at your store? No sauce, no receipt, no change and no drink without me having to wait and ask for my drink. And guess where it was, right in front of her. Sad that this is the same type of l**** that thinks they deserve $15/hr and they don't care enough to do their job correctly. I won't be returning to this store and I want the manager informed of what this girl is doing. There's no excuse for her stealing change from customers and don't tell me it was an accident. I can guarantee she's gone through plenty of drive-thrus in her life and she never would let someone just keep the change that they are owed. She's trying to see if she can get away with it so she can pocket an extra $10 bucks or so a day and if a customer were to call her out, I'm willing to bet she would just play d*** like she forgot. What a joke. At least she had a mask on, just like a real robber.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 soft taco supremes. Normally you pay and get your card back, no, I paid and waited for my card and ended up getting my card back till I got my food. And I asked for it back and the manager got an attitude with me for asking for my card back. 10/10 don’t recommend. Employees are rude and ignorant!

Ordered yesterday and was unable to pickup my order. Called the store and they purposely hung up on me when I arrived to pickup my order at the normal time. Brought it up on their contact us option as well. 110% awful.I understand that serving multiple customers requires you to consider everyone in mind when dealing with each order. If you can't deliver an order/serve food however and won't take calls, then why be a restaurant?For the record I let Twitter know 1st. Clearly a customer is not important. So it was deleted and my rating posted here.Idk if they truly even care tbh. I see a lot of other reviews here and it's kind of heartbreaking tbh. If you don't want to serve food or listen to individuals just close.I doubt anyone here was compensated accordingly and it hurts.

After 10 mins sitting at the menu with no response, 4 other cars leaving, and another customer holding their horn no response... past visits cold food and orders were wrong go a mile up the road to the good taco bell.

Firstly let me just start it by saying the girl who took my order was so stinkin' nice! It was fabulous and or food was very delicious we tried the cheese in top burrito with beans substituted instead of meat and I'm counting the days until my next taco bell treat!

I told them three times to give me the beans grilled cheese burritos instead Of the beef , the lady who processed my order gave me beef, and i bet into it , although im a muslim and I cant eat beef, like how do you not get the order right when I said it three times? And sh charged me .50 cents extra, then she forgot to give me my cinnabon ball, but it was on my order, worst fast food experience ever, stupid cashier

Well I stated to the lady I had coupons and when I got to the register or the window she turned around and got an attitude when I gave her the coupons cuz she didn't take it off then she charged me extra for drinks and food that I did not order and then I was told by another young lady that I should have stayed at everything when I started placing my order which I did it was all messed up I paid for the stuff I didn't order I was just ready to go and it was hot out
