worst taco bell location i've been to i placed an uber eats order in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for the drive thru order and after i got it they couldn't give it to me thru the drive thru so i had to go in and after i went in i waited another 20 minutes... forgot the sauces i paid for and the cheese sauce and didn't give me a straw for my drink....... will never come here again

Yooooo what is this?! I ordered a burrito and I got a half burrito like who was the cook there cause they for sure don’t need to be working back there. Missing items from my order and y’all screw it up at the same time, NEVER AGAIN!

Lobby closed at 6:30pm, placed mobile order from parking lot, food was mush, missing items,. When I came back to the store to address it, the staff said I was wrong. Cannot wait until the robots replace these folks. There is another TB at just 4 more minutes away, and they are far superior. I would advise you to go there and avoid this one until the staff is either replaced or retrained.

I'd give this location negative stars if I could but it's not possible currently. I never had an issue before but recently every time I go there now I leave missing an item that I paid for. It's been three separate times now. I recommend taking your business to other locations. The staff here cannot be trusted to even check your order. A shame since I have had such good experiences until recently

Waited 10 minutes while my food sat at the window. Coming from another customer service worker, the staff seemed very inattentive. Generally a disappointing experience. December 18, 1:28am

I wanted to give them a much better review because the food was great. However, there's really no excuse for these constant and outrageously long wait times in drive-thru. Having spent many years working in the industry, this only happens for 2 reasons: the manager didn't prep enough to accommodate customers during peak rush, or not enough employees to meet high demand. Either way, it shows irresponsibility. People don't want to wait 30 minutes for 3 soft tacos. Please do better.

Arrived at 2:30 a.m. and talked to a person at the drive-thru window who wouldn't take my order saying that they close at 2:30 instead of 3:00.

If that's the case then all the hours should change to 2:30 and not 3:00

This location needs to be closed down immediately! I would give 0 stars if it gave me the option. The tables and soda station are filthy! Half of the pop nozzles fell off and just left sitting in sticky filth. There was little to no meat on our tacos and the employees are rude. Taco Bell has ALWAYS been my favorite fast food and after our experience at this location I think it’s safe to say that we will be taking a break or going across the street to Del Taco. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Over the last week, I’ve stopped at this location twice without able to gett food..
System always seems to be down ( or employees just don’t wanna work because as driving by the pick up window, their computers seem to be working) & other times I’ve stopped the food was literally slapped together with little to nothing inside.
Get a meal spend 13+ dollars and you’re still hungry. This happens far too much. I’m done not going back to this location ever again.

They should close the doors the Taco Bell that is on 10 mile is a far better location.

Nasty cold food. It takes 15 minutes per car and the employees can't be over 15 with their attitudes. This is the worst fast food place I've ever ever ever attempted to eat at.

I came 12/9/24 around 7:30 pm and I'm not sure who was making the food tonight but it was delicious and prepare so well. Deshawn G took my order he was very helpful and had great customer service.
