DoorDash sent a man that was sick with the flu or cold to pick up my food and they gave him what was sitting around to get him out of the restaurant. Completely DoorDash fault. SMH shame on you DoorDash watch out people.

This location is usually pretty good. I almost always get a bean burrito with whatever else I'm ordering. Got one tonight, threw the whole thing away. The corners were so hard it punctured my gums. The beans were so dry it was literally crumbling. Absolutely disgusting. I'm so disappointed. I used to love this location.

Absolutely horrible. Came in at 7 to order our food. I had ordered a nacho bell grande with the nacho cheese sauce on the side… cheese all over it. I come in to address and some girl named Brittney acknowledged me but left me standing there before even addressing the problem for over 2 minutes.

All of the employees were joking and playing around instead of working and fixing the problems they had. While brittney told me to hold on a second another customer cpmes up and ask for tomatoes because he did not receive any amd she argued with him instead of just telling him ok and giving him a side of tomatoes told him he didnt order it. I told her thats not how you respond to a customer and she told me I could leave I told her I wouldn’t and to just arguing back and forth to us and fix the problem.

At the end another co worker stepped in defused the problem and fixed all our problems. They also closed down the store at 7:30pm on a Sunday. Not acceptable at all

worst taco bell location i've been to i placed an uber eats order in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for the drive thru order and after i got it they couldn't give it to me thru the drive thru so i had to go in and after i went in i waited another 20 minutes... forgot the sauces i paid for and the cheese sauce and didn't give me a straw for my drink....... will never come here again

Yooooo what is this?! I ordered a burrito and I got a half burrito like who was the cook there cause they for sure don’t need to be working back there. Missing items from my order and y’all screw it up at the same time, NEVER AGAIN!

Lobby closed at 6:30pm, placed mobile order from parking lot, food was mush, missing items,. When I came back to the store to address it, the staff said I was wrong. Cannot wait until the robots replace these folks. There is another TB at just 4 more minutes away, and they are far superior. I would advise you to go there and avoid this one until the staff is either replaced or retrained.
