I wanted to give them a much better review because the food was great. However, there's really no excuse for these constant and outrageously long wait times in drive-thru. Having spent many years working in the industry, this only happens for 2 reasons: the manager didn't prep enough to accommodate customers during peak rush, or not enough employees to meet high demand. Either way, it shows irresponsibility. People don't want to wait 30 minutes for 3 soft tacos....
I came 12/9/24 around 7:30 pm and I'm not sure who was making the food tonight but it was delicious and prepare so well. Deshawn G took my order he was very helpful and had great customer service.
Went through the drive-thru and My Wife and I enjoyed some soft taco supremes. The line went very fast. The food was delicious. I would recommend this business to Anyone. I hope that this helps.
