Drive through was super packed so I parked and went inside. I was greeted abd asked if I was picking up an order I said no placing an order, the guy walks over to a keyosk and said to place my order on it. I looked at the guy and said no thank you can you take my order he said no it had to be done on the keyosk. Taco Bell you are out of your damn mind thinking im going to pay those prices and have to place my own order. Customers have to place their own order inside or an AI takes your order outside what's next the customer has to make the food theirself?? I will stick with Del Taco real people taking orders.

The three workers were all in a heated conversation. Not working, just talking. Two of them saw that I was struggling to use the touchscreen menu. They didn't seem to care. I left. I would NOT recommend this location to anybody ever!

Take a long time to do anything. Don't pay attention to lobby customers. I showed up when no one was in the drive thru meaning I ordered and paid first. Tell me why they are serving people who just showed up about 10 minutes after I ordered and hasn't gotten to the window yet but they're making their food? Plus got my order wrong twice

I ordered a chicken cantina bowl and a chicken cantina burrito and I asked for extra chicken in the chicken cantina bowl they said they can do that but they don't have any lettuce that was perfectly fine why is it that I open this thing and there's like three pieces of chicken in here and they charged me for the extra chicken and I didn't even get the standard of my chicken I get it fast food can be tedious at times I worked it but like come on they weren't slammed or busy

Never any problems. I used Uber eats and they didn't give me any sauce. I was not home I was mad and I had sauces on my order. Spend too much money.
