I was picking up an Uber order and the lady at the window told me that was not aloud to place while picking up. Which is false, that’s not the policy. I only ordered a chicken crispy taco. The lady at the drive through on 3/25/2024 at 10:30pm was just having a night. There was no one else in the drive through after me.

Honestly, the food is ok. The inside is kinda cramped. Service is absolutely abysmal. I can't explain it in any other words to truly describe how bad it is. Just really, really bad.

They overcharged me for a nasty chalupa box deal the chalupa was definitely nasty of course the Box deal comes with a drink you would think for over $10 they would have gave you at least a large pop instead of medium to wash down that nasty
The people here at Taco Bell today were so pleasant and nice. They have patience. They allow me to look at the menu to figure out what I want.
