I had eaten at Taco Kings 3 times each time I got sick. Not a violent sick, but you can tell something was wrong. But the inside looks and smells amazing, and everyone who works in their is so nice and amazing. I just wish I knew what part of their food process made me sick.

I give it a solid 4 ⭐️ the beef tacos and birria tacos tastes fresh everything was fresh but it was missing something like a seasoning. The steak quesadilla was great tho. I’ll come back again and try some more tacos out.

Honestly really wanted to like this place, seemed interesting and me and my dad like to go to New Mexican restaurants to try. Was very disappointed to find out they use corned beef for their carne asada which just isn’t carne asada, steak is carne asada, not only that the corned beef was really dry so it really was a double whammy. Server was nice and informative to my dad about portion sizes which was nice but probably the only good thing about our experience. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

This is the only place I know of near me that has birria, and I really enjoyed it. As a newer business, the employees are really working hard to make this place successful. As just some random reviewer, I don't expect anyone to take to heart the 2 suggestions I am about to make but it's worth a shot. 1. The idea of a Hispanic inspired pasta salad is brilliant! And it is so close to being your best side dish. However, I have found that the ratio of beans to pasta leans too heavily towards beans. You use kidney and black beans, and I think that you could cut the amount of them in half. I don't know if you do this because it keeps the cost down? But if there were less beans and more noodles I would get this pasta salad way more often. 2. I wish that the fajita peppers and onions that come on your quesadillas weren't so mushy and had a slight crunch to them still. The water that comes out of the veggies tends to make the quesadillas soggy. Again, I don't want to act like I know what I am doing and you may have perfect reasons for doing things the way you do. But if anyone else reads this and agrees, give this review a thumbs up or whatever. I don't really know how this review stuff works. I just like this place and want to see it be successful. Also, all of the different hot sauces are AWESOME!
Update 9/13: Thank you so much for listening to my suggestion! The new ratio on the pasta salad is PERFECT. I always order it as both of my sides with the birria taco dinner. Hopefully other people agree with me and think it is a good ratio now.
