Their claim is they are the wing expert, is that so? Ordered a 30 piece crew pack with boneless wings, 3 different flavors: atomic, garlic Parmesan and mango habanero. I was put on hold for three minutes to put in my order. It's probably faster to order online. There's no dining in here. Not that it is really that kind of place anyways. I also ordered the fried corn. The crew pack comes with fries, but upgraded to the Cajun fries. It also comes with veggie sticks, whatever that is. I also got the ranch, which is made in house for defy. The order totaled $38.88. The woman that took my order said it would take about 20 to 30 minutes for the order to be ready. The cajun fries are OK. Decent Cajun seasoning. They're rather soggy and not crispy at all. They are at least hand cut fries, as they're all different sizes and thicknesses too. The veggie sticks are carrots and celery. The mango habanero is probably the better of the flavors to me. The garlic Parmesan was just OK. Nothing special. The atomic flavor is not my favorite. The Cajun corn is just OK. The corn seems a little overcooked though. The woman at the front desk is nice.

My review is actually about Thighstop. These two places are one. Ok I love wingstop but I really think that they need to stick to wings. Let's talk about what I did like, the crispy crunchy chicken skin. The thighs are next in line to the chicken wings that I love on the chicken. What I didn't like was they cooked them to death they were dry, I mean how do you dry out a chicken thigh? Anywho that's my review on Thighstop.

Absolutely delicious wings! They were piping hot, huge and had the perfect amount of sauce. Some of the sauces are rather spicy (bayou bbq? I'm talking about you) but all we tried have great flavor. Staff is very friendly. We found our new wing place!

I ordered through DoorDash and this is what I got for fries. Felt like they just gave me whatever they had left over. Never again will I order from them again. And the fries came in a tray and not a container. They could of spilled everywhere.

Very good every time! We usually order DoorDash delivery from this location and it seems like they make an effort to pack the food properly. The cook job on the wings is always as asked and the sauces are beyond delicious! Seasoned fries are exceptional! They also do a sticker over the drinks for covid protection! 5 stars

So let me tell you the worst to-go experience I’ve ever been into any food establishment. As I made an online order for “15 wings,” arriving there 10 minutes after the time it was supposedly be finished. After paying the girl and giving her the name of the order. She didn’t even check my order if it was finished but instead let four other customers after me get their food before me. And after finishing everybody else’s order, she finally asked what was my name again, after watching my bag that was sitting there for a whole extra 20 minutes. After coming home my fries were cold, I ordered “15 wings” to find out I only got 11 leg drums and 4 wings.

I have had wingstop in Chicago a few years ago and I was not impressed at all. Fast forward to yesterday, I decided to give it another chance now that various locations have opened up in Michigan. I ordered the $19.99 all in bundle which included 16 boneless wings, 6 tenders, a side of regular seasoned fries, and I ordered 5 atomic bone in wings. The wing quality is amazing and fresh. The fries were great. I asked the staff for some sauce on the side and got them with no hassle. I was very satisfied and will definitely be back!

This is my first time at this location. I ordered my food online. The food was ready when I arrived. The ketchup wasn't coming out of the dispenser. I explained that to the cashier and then asked if they had any ketchup packages. She responded "for door dash" and walked away.
To start off, the food from here is great. I love WingStop and the food that they make, but the service here is just bad. I am sure that the cooks in the kitchen are doing their job, but the ones that work at the registers are not friendly, patient, or cooperative. My friend got me a bought gift card from here for $20, but the person who did this transaction did it incorrectly and left the card with $0 on it. Therefore, my friend lost $20 for absolutely nothing. Not knowing that there was no money on it, I tried to use it to buy food today. The cashier that was there was not helpful at all. The worker was short with me and I did not appreciate it.

Never try this location! Staff is rude, dismissive and unprofessional. We told them it was our first time there, staff offered no information about the flavors or anything else on the menu. Our group decided we will let everyone know to avoid this place. We used the wingstop contact us section on their website but we know the company will do nothing more than offer us a 2nd dose of bad service for free.

I was recently introduced to this place after moving close by. I have so far had a good experience every time I have ordered from here. The online ordering system is easy to use and the employees inside the store are friendly and efficient. my go to sauce for wings is mild. I generally like a more medium heat sauce, but they don't have an exact medium heat flavor. Overall the boneless and bone in wings are pretty good. I haven't tried much else, except the fries, which I do not care for because of the spices used. Overall, a place I will frequent when I am in the mood for wings.
