This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Every single time I come here, the service is incredibly slow, no matter how busy it is. On top of that, they almost always get my order wrong, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.
The workers inside don’t seem to care at all there’s no sense of urgency, and customer service is basically nonexistent. It feels like they’re just going through the motions without paying attention.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this location really needs to improve. Consistently slow service and incorrect orders shouldn’t be the norm.

Very long wait times and pour services.
Oh, here all the time but recently, I started noticing that the people that work there are extremely rude. Today I went and I got a iced Matcha latte and they made it completely wrong and when I asked them respectfully, the guy blatantly said he cannot remake it for me and when I asked why he said that’s how he’s (middle aged man) gonna make it whether I like it or not.

The man who took our order acted like it was a chore to wait on us. The lady making our drinks took the receipt and slammed it on the counter like we were disturbing her. I ordered a caramel iced latte with Gold Cinnamon cold foam and it looks like I got 1 squirt of yellow cream. Would not recommend visiting this location!

I live right down the street from this particular TH, so I go to this location a lot!
I have had items missing from my order MANY times but I just went back, got the item, smiled and went along my day.
Today. I just had enough.
The girl added a tea when I did not order it and did not put 1 of the 2 sandwiches in. I just left because of my annoyance.
The problem is she does not L I S T E N when I am telling her my order! She is too busy interrupting me asking me questions! Let me get it out and then go over what i said!
This location needs training from the location on Evergreen in Southfield! When I get to the window they are literally handing me my order. I have never waited for my order EVER! Spend less than 1 min at the window! They are very sufficient and NEVER GOTTEN MY ORDER WRONG!!! They are doing everything right! Please call them and arrange a training from them!

They are rude. They do not greet you when you come inside their establishment and it’s a long way to get anything you order out of there.

The staff here are always so welcoming. They are extremely helpful when it comes to picking out donuts and taste great. Will try again more often.

Placed a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes later to pick it up, this Indian woman at register said I need to wait at least 30 minutes for the order to come in. I have never seen this, because Tim Hortons by my house in Erie, PA receives and makes my order in less than 5 minutes.
And atmosphere and the welcome by these employees are like you walked in a graveyard.
And on top of waiting 35 minutes they can’t even get the order correct and I threw the sandwich to trash.

They charge $.42 for jam if you want any after you purchase a breakfast sandwich.
