Placed a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes later to pick it up, this Indian woman at register said I need to wait at least 30 minutes for the order to come in. I have never seen this, because Tim Hortons by my house in Erie, PA receives and makes my order in less than 5 minutes.

And atmosphere and the welcome by these employees are like you walked in a graveyard.
And on top of waiting 35 minutes they can’t even get the order correct and I threw the sandwich to trash.

The young lady that served me on the morning of November 9th 2025 was very nice and friendly the coffee was great the donuts was fresh I also got a breakfast combo
Meal which was really good. The service was great. What bothered me was the way the other customers treated her. She is maybe Islamic or Muslim Im not sure. But she was treated terribly by the customer before me and the customer after me. But the young lady still smiled even know you can see in her eyes she was hurt by
The customers ignorance. I looked at her I said have a nice day and it meant a lot to this young lady. My point is she dealt with racism but still gave service with a smile and dignity. I give this young lady my
Fullest respect and the best rating I can.

I have been going there for a little bit now and they have been perfectly fine until today the people at the window were rude to me and my husband and making it as where we made the mistake and they weren’t wrong. giving us side eyes laughing at us and then goes to give us our food and I ordered a simple plain bagel with cream cheese and butter and I wanted it toasted but I didn’t think toasted meant burnt with no cream cheese. Over all I was not! Happy with them today.

This is my second time where order was not made right. usually franchises apply promotions like buy a sandwich and get coffee for a dollar or so.
2 croissants, 1 coffee and 6 donuts costed me 30 bugs. I paid for whip cream and espresso shot in my coffee but were missing.

i wrote one review before then i delet it but am just tired .. owner need to watch what his emploee are doing pls.. the only good one who works there perfectly is the tall lady i donot know her name i been coming here ten years only she know what to do .. i ask for crispy toast not burn one and thats what i get

SO THEY OPEN AT 4A IN WARREN MICHIGAN....4:20a I'M IN THE DRIVE-THRU...WANTED TWO COMBO BREAKFAST SANDWICHES, SHE TOLD ME NO AND THAT SHE WASN'T COOKING AND THAT I COULD GET A DOUGHNUT 🍩 I IMMEDIATELY DROVE OUT OF THE DRIVE-THRU HEADING DWN MOUND RD. I ordered 4 sandwich’s, 2 with the croissant, 2 with the bagel. All of the sandwich’s were literally burnt. Not only that, but they were rude. Didn’t even let me finish my order. Another time they charged me for cold foam on a matcha latte and they didn’t even give me the cold foam. This location is very inconsistent and i’m not gonna waste my money. Don’t come here.
