I asked for steamed milk vanilla syrup no foam. Repeat the order three times. I got a latte! The person in the said said orders get mixed up! Mistake happen. You can come in tomorrow and we'll fix it. Wow! The last time asked for it I told that didn't have it. Wow!

It was a really, really good experience that I had, the people were extremely nice through the drive thru when I ordered, really good experience overall and will for sure come here again.

They always get my order wrong! Asked for peppermint mocha, they gave me regular. Asked for a shot of vanilla in my regular coffee, none was added. Usually a long line, too

This place is absolutely horrible. The employees are so bothered to have customers it's unreal. I paid for extra candy and whipped cream on my peppermint hot chocolate, after I tipped them very well, I discovered there was not any whipped cream or any candy I paid for extra for. The African American male night employee is literally the worst. Stay clear of this one.
The store was very clean from the inside, the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed today, the food was especially cooked very well today, I got everything I needed very quickly and easily, overall a very, very nice store and couldn’t ask for anything better
Parking: Very close to store and easy to park in the spaces are a good width and makes it a lot easier to park

The lady at the speaker taking orders didnt take half of my order, then cut me off and told me to pull forward. The guy at the window checked to make sure it was right, and had to redo my entire order. I know working fast food can be stressful, Ive worked at Tim Hortons before, but there comes a point where you are blatantly choosing to do a bad job, and you cant blame it on the customers, especially when they are being patient with you.

I asked for a vanilla "love it" milk shake and the lady voluntarily put large amount of caramel without asking me then when I asked her to remake it because I can't eat caramel she proceeded to make it as is and serve it to me then proceeded to give me a ultimatum to just take it or receive money back, then every employee just stood around and whispered about me even though I heard...then when I proceeded to say I want a remake without caramel twice another employee reluctantly proceeded to make it...Definitely not blk friendly either

This is the worst place with customer service exspecially with that old lady Dina everytime I encounter her there is a problem. I got a donut this morning and she put in a bag and all the frosting was all over yhe bag. I think she really has it out for me. The doors are suppose to open at 6am and the customer should be waited but that didn't happen. BIGSBY IS GOING TO TAKE ALOT OF THEIR BUSINESS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!
