Horrible. So I get a lot of coupons at my apartments and believe me, I use them. There are a ton of fast food and coffee places around my apartments, so the complex is always getting lots of coupons. I’ve gotten Tim Hortons coupons before and have never had an issue using them. Can you tell me how it’s possible to not accept the coupons that you just sent out to people in the mail? Are you kidding me? Everybody in my apartment complex got these. So all these people would have an issue trying to use Coupons at this Location, which is the closest to the apartments. After waiting in line and being told that I can’t use Coupons, I went to another location and used them with no issues. I’m sure the stores are supposed to accept coupons that just went out. It’s not like they’re close to expiring, they’re brand new. The woman that said this either just straight up lied or this is just horrible business that doesn’t make any sense. It’s one of the two. Absolutely ridiculous.

Van Wert Tim Hortons is nowhere near as good as most of the Tim Hortons I'm used to. I was so happy when Van Wert was getting one but always seems to disappoint

So I just got out of Tim Hortons, and I’m sitting in my vehicle in complete shock, because I ordered a medium 4 and 4, and was told that this location isn’t doing medium size anymore. Only small and large.
This is the last time that this place will ever have my business. Medium was one of the best sizes to get, and I’m paying almost just as much to get even less????? Mind you, grabbing a medium coffee was my morning ritual nearly every morning. It was the highlight of my day at times. I was told it might change within a week?????

I asked for steamed milk vanilla syrup no foam. Repeat the order three times. I got a latte! The person in the said said orders get mixed up! Mistake happen. You can come in tomorrow and we'll fix it. Wow! The last time asked for it I told that didn't have it. Wow!

This place is absolutely horrible. The employees are so bothered to have customers it's unreal. I paid for extra candy and whipped cream on my peppermint hot chocolate, after I tipped them very well, I discovered there was not any whipped cream or any candy I paid for extra for. The African American male night employee is literally the worst. Stay clear of this one.

The store was very clean from the inside, the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed today, the food was especially cooked very well today, I got everything I needed very quickly and easily, overall a very, very nice store and couldn’t ask for anything better

The lady at the speaker taking orders didnt take half of my order, then cut me off and told me to pull forward. The guy at the window checked to make sure it was right, and had to redo my entire order. I know working fast food can be stressful, Ive worked at Tim Hortons before, but there comes a point where you are blatantly choosing to do a bad job, and you cant blame it on the customers, especially when they are being patient with you.
