Just left this location. Got there at 9:45. Nobody answer the window. All the lights and screen on! Went around the building and the two employees are sneaking out. Lights fully on. Don’t close till 10. Super sad & Lazy. Will not return to this location.

Terrible customer service by the foreigners who work there, they are constantly messing up my order, can't understand them, the lobby is filthy. Today they told me at the drive-thru that they are out of all food, no signage whatsoever. This location will never see me again. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else! If I could give a negative e star, I would.

My favorite place to stop before work 😁 Today 11/29 I was disappointed in the bagel I purchased I asked for it toasted with butter and they gave me a burnt bagel, please make sure the staff knows not to give someone burnt food!

This location has to be the slowest one I've ever visited. The servers gotta be high because they move with all the urgency of a sloth. It is ridiculous to have to wait more than 10 minutes for a coffee and two donuts. Get it together!
This has happened several times and I am just tired of it. It is costing more and more and as customers we are getting less and less from the crap they are giving us at the window down to the atttitudes. What the heck has happened to customer service. If we didn't go to these business, they wouldn't be running. Bought a egg sandwich and coffee, sandwich was totally burnt on both sides. It's expensive...so disappointing!!

The manager was moving in an office chair around 5 other co-workers this is a safety hazard and MIOSHA might pay them a visit!! Also waited 10 minutes to get a sandwich and hash brown! I highly advise the owner to review his camera
