So I've been told by many people not to get any of their breakfast items on the list as far as hot sandwiches go because they don't get their own food their food is delivered and so it's been previously frozen. So today I decided to check it out for myself. I ordered the steak egg and cheese croissant. Should not have done that... There's literally about two tablespoons of ripped up steakums that you would give from the store on this croissant sandwich and it's basically in a singular pile it's not even spreaded out to cover the whole inside of the croissant. The egg is literally half the size of a round egg that you would get at McDonald's, the only thing that looks good about this is the cheese and you can even tell the cheese is fake.Usually I only come in and gets him Horton's French vanilla cappuccino a coffee for mother-in-law and some timbits and possibly an apple fritter. I'm not getting any more sandwiches because number one they're not high they microwave every damn thing. So don't do that, you'll be disappointed. As far as their donuts coffee and cappuccinos go I give that a 10 but today..... Not even close.An update... Went and got my normal 10 bits donuts and cappuccino and everything was great until I opened up the cappuccinos to see which one was mine because I had already started drinking off of it. And so I open them both up and they literally looked like they're exactly the same level which means they were never full to begin with. There's about one quarter of the cup that's not full. I'm going to say something to the manager when I get there.

I love Tim Hortons and have always been a loyal customer. I went to this location at 5:45 tonight. When I ordered a Chicken Panini, I was told it was almost closing time and they wouldn't prepare any food. Apparently they close at 6:00 pm. No one else was behind me in line. I have ordered this sandwich at other locations and it takes less than five minutes to prepare. Very disappointing that workers "shut down," before the business shut down. I am sure that the expectations at corporate are first and foremost to customer service.

I payed 6 dollars for a breakfast bagel that made Burger King look like 5 star cuisine. Wow trash. Probably some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Tiny. Cold and terrible.Always heard good thing about Tim hitting but I’d honestly rather just eat out of a vending machine next time.

Never have I been treated so horribly as I just was at this location. Made the mistake of going there to pick up some donuts before I came home. Walked in the lobby was trash ordered 11 donut got 8 and when I brought it up I was ignored by the guy working the counter who did not know how to count and the same for the Manager. They will screw up your order and ignore you I walked out because having to explain the difference between 8 and 11 was too stressful.
This review based on minimum 5 visits, I work in the area (Road Construction). No issues with any of those visits. They offered me an extra hash brown free of charge because I waited 5 mins there while they were making them fresh. I love this

My entire order was incorrect, got to the window handed a donut did not order a donut. I ordered two preztels toasted with butter, one large vanilla latte with oat milk and one medium vanilla latte with whipped cream. I handed the donut back, he said you ordered a vanilla donut. Said no I ordered a medium vanilla latte. Then he hands me the two pretzels I did order and says I refunded "your" donut! Hands me the large vanilla latte with oat milk and asked what I was waiting on, I said the medium vanilla latte the order taker is in the back ground she did not order two pretzels she did not order a medium vanilla latte. At this point I just never mind, he gets an attitude and said you started with the attitude. Not once did I raise my voice or get angry just asked for what I had ordered. Will not go there again lesson learned. And the icing on top the Latte they did give was missing the vanilla yay 0-4!

Probably one of the best Tim Hortons I go through... And I go to a lot of different Tim Hortons. Say I was getting my order right, staff is always friendly, and I don't wait in line forever.
