This location has really gone downhill.
I ordered a peppermint mocha, and there was NO peppermint at all… it was just black coffee with some milk 😢 sadly I will not be going back to this location as this is not the first time they have done this. They have forgotten pumpkin in my pumpkin latte, and they even gave me straight black coffee before and I don’t order that 😬

Very rude! Visited this tim hortons on January 5th at 130 pm. Went through drive thru ordered a large ice capp person didn't respond but ok waited for total nothing just a bunch of yelling and laughing in background. Get to window she sticks her hand out for money no greeting, while laughing haha and sticking her tongue out. And still no total. She had a Attitude so handed her money, then when giving me back change I say thank you! She just shut window no response.. Hands me ice capp and I say thank you again and have nice day.Gave afilthy look and shut window on me. She did not speak one word to me not even to tell me how much i owed. Don't think I will go here again. 12 and mound is where I will go from now on.
Waiting in line in store. No one is inside and there is not a line so it is not super busy. There are about 7 total employees inside sitting there not doing anything/on phones etc. just staring off and ignoring us standing there. Waited about five minutes before someone walked up to us while texting to take our order. Sorry us ordering a coffee is that big of an inconvenience.
