Really good donuts and coffee had my service dog with her vest on instead of taking the time to look. The manager told me I couldn't have my dog in here. I had to tell him he was the service dog and then all the employee started looking at me outside of their eyes like I was doing something wrong. Calm down. It's a service dog. She's a lifesaver. She's cleaner than any person I know

Since a few employees started on the evening shift, I've noticed a decline in the service at the coffee place. Some of the staff haven't been as friendly or attentive as the previous employees.I've had a few disappointing experiences on the evening shift lately. While some of the staff are still great, others haven't been as helpful or welcoming as before.

I stopped in Tim Hortons Dec 9th in the early evening with a friend that goes there all the time named Phil .I ordered a turkey club sandwich , raisin bagel with butter and two coffees when our order came out we didn't get the turkey sandwich I asked the rude girl at the register she said what do u want me to do I have been making sandwiches all day sorry that's your job, All three Bengali girls working there were talking about me after that because I told them i was sending a bad review. Also they should be in uniform there long sleeves on dresses get in the food and then to top it off the girl making the sandwich sneezed over them. Very nasty people and business will never go back there..Cathy. Never got to reorder my sandwich she wouldn't do it.

To get off work from working 10 hours and stop at Tim Hortons to get drinks and possibly food and to have to deal with such attitudes from both employees that were there is just not acceptable!! I'm just as tired as perhaps you are and I was being very pleasant. I tell you these places are just ridiculous now a days. I refuse to spend any more money with these nonchalant people!! Be grateful you have a job! I left there and went to Burger King and the gentleman there was so upbeat, very professional and had great customer service. You should go there and learn how to treat your customers!!
