Let me just warn you that once you’ve had Tringali’s cannoli filling every other bakery’s cannolis will just disappoint you for the rest of your life. It’s that good.

My family has been going to Tringali’s for Cannolis for years, and it’s still our go to spot. I live in Bloomfield now, but still make the trip anytime we have a special occasion or party. We even bring them to California when visiting my sister who moved out there years ago, Lol. They’ll always be our favorite!

Parking, a nightmare. Staff rude at best and don't catch them at the end of the day, they turn the lights off about ten minutes early then treat you like a dick at 6:45 (they close at 7) if you don't just get back in your car and drive away. Baked goods.... are amazing.

I had been frequenting Tringali's for years and had never experienced rude customer service until today. I was a bit taken back as it's not the norm. I saw that they had some pre-packed bags of broken Christmas cookies on the counter, and I just merely politely inquired with the counter clerk to see if they were marked down, as a good 80% of them were broken and crumbled up. The clerk asked who appeared to be the manager or possibly the owner, and instead of politely responding with "I'm sorry, those are still full price", the manager chimed in and responded with a defensive "Umm... no!!!", with a very snotty tone. I can accept the fact that they were not marked down, but it's the MANNER IN WHICH SHE TOLD ME! It's very off-putting to a customer who has always supported your small business. This woman needs to learn how to provide more courteous customer service.
